Banned Without Reason
A Frustrating AR-Pay Experience
My experience with AR-Pay mirrors others who have been banned without explanation, highlighting significant issues with their customer service and account practices. After a successful initial gift card purchase, I attempted a second transaction the very next day, only to find my account abruptly restricted.
Upon contacting customer care, I was met with unhelpful and evasive responses. Despite repeated inquiries, they failed to provide any specific reason for the ban, vaguely stating a violation of their terms of use. When pressed to identify which terms I had supposedly breached, they were unable to offer any clarification.
This lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide a concrete explanation for an account ban is completely unacceptable. It not only creates a very bad customer experience but also suggests a disregard for their users. If you value clear communication and fair treatment, I strongly advise caution when considering AR-Pay.

Caution! Banned for no reason
I purchased a Gift card through this website once which was successful. However, when I tried making a second purchase a day later, AR-pay restricted my account. When I contacted their customer care asking for the reason, they provided no explanation and informed me that I am not allowed to login anymore since they consider I violated terms of use. But they couldn't explain which of the terms I violated, even when I asked for it. Very bad experience and very bad customer care service.
