I live in France, and ordered a perfume on the website, the delay of delivery was a bit long (approx 2 weekend) especially because when you order you are not given any info about the estimate delivery delay, and especially because of the poor reviews here that are worrying enough to wonder ) but i received my perfume today, perfectly wrapped and its a great perfume. And when you think about it its ok to wait for 2 weeks to receive a purchase when you are aware of the delay. So if i can advise for clients to just be patient, and also for to the Company to maybe try to get better on their delivery communication , everything will be great and reviews will get better! Thanks

i ordered 5 perfumes and then i checked the reviews here and got scared that the website was a scam. 5 working days later and my order hadnt shipped yet (their shipping policy says that their items arrive between 2 and 5 days), so i emailed customer service. they immediately responded saying they would prioritise my order, and it shipped immediately. they apparently had sold out of one of the 5 perfumes i ordered, so they gave me free shipping for my next order and an immediate refund. the perfumes were really good, customer service was helpful and despite taking a bit long, it is NOT A SCAM :) just seems like a small business trying to get by, and they were super nice to me!!! ordered more perfumes now :)

After 9 days of waiting, neither the order has arrived nor the money has been returned.Only 3 hours away from my home, if they had walked, I would have gotten something by now.Complete SCAM, I'll call the police.

No information. The order was canceled after a month. I did not get my money back

I have placed over a 100 euro worth order on 5th July 2024, till this day of 16th July I haven't received anything yet nor any update over this delay. There is no client service at all. Trying to use all channels to contact arabmusk by using the email they have provided online, their facebook... but no response at all. I am starting to get suspicious about this website.

De levering was later dan de zgn 2 tot 3 dagen, ongeveer een dag of 9, maar alles was prima in orde.
