If they delivered for free, I still wouldn't use them, they are absolutely hopeless, the tracking is a joke, it's like your parcel is in a truck that has parked in between depots for days, this is not a one off, this is the last 3 deliveries, it has got to point that if I know a supplier uses Aramex I will not buy from them. Vinish (2100) is a credit to your Company. I was going away at lunchtime and used your excellent tracking system effectively. Vinish and myself organised delivery and I could take package on trip.
Vinish service levels and communication outstanding- well done and thank you Vinish - 10/10

Literally only gave 1 star because no stars want an option. I cringe every time I get a message from Aramex about a delivery.
I bought 4 items from Spotlight, who guaranteed 2 - 5 business days for delivery. It has now blown out to 11 days with no guarantee and it was an item we needed for this weekend so pretty useless antway.
Surely by now businesses know Aramex is useless?

I had the worst experience ever with Aramex. I honestly don’t understand how they still have a customer base when their service standards are this poor. Communication was terrible, there were no ETA updates, and the tracking status was basically a joke.
My parcel took an entire month to arrive, and it only showed up after the business owner who sent it had to chase them multiple times. When it finally got delivered, it was late in the evening, clearly rushed, and the driver didn’t even bother to knock or ring the bell. The package was left outside overnight — that’s how little they seem to care about customers or their belongings.
If I had a choice, I would have stayed far away from this company, especially considering the huge number of negative reviews they already have. Definitely not a service I’d recommend.

It's been over 4 day's and my order number doesn't even show up on your site.

2nd time I have had a delivery sitting at their depot 10 mins from my house for days, nobody can assist. Just have to wait, not sure for how long but it has been 9 days now and still no idea when it will arrive.

Aramex claimed I wasn’t home and sent my package to a parcel point, even though I was home all day. No delivery attempt was made. Completely unreliable and dishonest service. Would not recommend.

As a business, Alpha Disability Support relies on dependable and timely delivery services. Unfortunately, our recent experience with Aramex Australia has been completely unacceptable.
We are writing this review regarding a lost parcel, tracking number **MS0017318727** (Order No. 107763). The parcel contained essential items, and despite receiving initial tracking updates, the package never arrived and has now been confirmed as lost by the courier.
The most frustrating part of this experience has been the complete lack of customer support. We have been "given the run around regarding its whereabouts" and have made no progress in resolving the issue. The service has been unhelpful and disappointing.
Due to this significant failure in service, we strongly advise other businesses to consider alternative couriers for their delivery needs.

This company is disgusting. Their driver who did not spek English threw our parcel over the front gate onto the concrete. When I phoned Aramrx to complain I got a recorded message that I could not understand and then spoke to a lady I could not understand. I told her my complaint and got ok thanks for calling Aramex abd hung up after waiting 10 minutes on the phone.

This is an absolutely terrible courier. It sits in Melbourne for 10 days for no apparent reason. Ends up delaying my parcel by more than a week on board for delivery in my small town since 5 am and still hasn’t arrived at 10 pm.

Terrible. I purchased an item online from Anaconda 3 weeks ago. Has not arrived. Anaconda used Aramex as the delivery service. I have sent several messages - no reply. Last update was 10 days ago! How are business allowed to operate like this ? with no accountability!?
Do not recommend - Terrible service.

Each and every time business's use Aramex, it takes double, sometimes triple time to get my parcel. The last time, it took 9 days from Queanbeyan NSW to Gowrie ACT.
And you get the first two updates and nothing after that, my current parcel that is coming from Queensland was ordered on the 13th January, and though it states it was picked up it is still stuck in Sydney somewhere according to the tracking display.
And it states will arrive by the 23rd January. 10 days. I order from other firms in Queensland and i have the items within 2 days - Aramex 10 days.
Everyone stop using Aramex, for customer service will not assist you at all, useless. And hopefully this time they won't throw the parcel up the driveway from their car.

Extraordinarily & Consistently Poor - it staggers me that businesses choose Aramex as their delivery partner in Australia. We have been waiting for over a month for a parcel that the driver apparently has tried to deliver but this is doubtful as we have been home on each occasion. We have also provided our phone number, gate code and even offered to collect the parcel from the Aramex depot (which is miles away). Aramex have made all types of undertakings and promises. Yet here we are - still no package.

Item ordered from India shipped to Australia using Aramex. Very slow progress to begin with. Then they stopped updating the tracking, and started updating using a different tracking number that I only discovered by contacting the seller. Then they stopped updating that tracking number, using the status that it has been handed over to their freight partner. No mention of who their freight partner is or what tracking number to use with their freight partner. Over a week with no further updates and no way of contacting them. Online customer service form does not even let me submit a request, just errors.

All I can say is DITTO to the over 1,600 negative reviews this lot have already received. Really can't understand how they remain in business.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Paid for my delivery to be redirected. Notified there may be a 48 hour delay. It has now been a month since the expected delivery date and my delivery is still sitting in the depot. Every time I contact I get told to wait a few more days. They should not charge people for a service they are incapable of providing.

I had no idea total tools use this company to deliver. I have been caught up in the same diabolical mess of ineptitude from Aramex that I read now on Trust Pilot
300 new 1 star reviews in the last 12 months now becomes 301

Minus 5 stars no tracking updates, 10 days so far in transit from Sydney to Southern Highlands, no reply from Aramex help, seller not helping & and eBay just say wait a little longer, really and it happens every time, Aus Post fantastic 3 days max but sellers hide the fact that they use this useless Aramex company.

I've only had consistently terrible experiences with Aramex – from broken items, to lost parcels, and the very common "no one in attendance" when we were at home all day.
My most recent experience is trying to contact them for the past 2 weeks to organise a redelivery. I can't do it myself on the website as I get an error message that tells me to contact them. Theres no phone number for customer support, so you fill out a long email form that they never reply to. Followed up twice and still nothing.
I keep a list of websites who deliver with Aramex so I never shop there again. I'm willing to pay more to have anything delivered by Australia Post, I wish shops gave us the option.

This has got to be the worst delivery provider. We have had up to 3 week delays plus missing parcels using Aramex Australia. They don’t update their tracking and customers are wondering where on earth their parcels are. We have so many support tickets open with them and pretty much zero response. This has caused so many customer inquiries and request for refunds. This company has the lowest customer support I have ever experienced in my entire career. My advice would be to change your delivery contracts to an alternative supplier who can actually deliver on time and who cares about the customer experience.
