Lovely hat
I received one hat but it was not a good fit. I contacted them. No problem, I was told to return for credit. I then ordered a different style hat. Prompt delivery.

My parcel arrived 7 days.
My parcel arrived over 8 days late due to the address/postage label on my parcel being almost unreadable.
Please check the ink jet cartridge on your printer and ask staff in the warehouse to double check labels before dispatching parcels.
