Really outstanding!!! If every online store did business like you, there'd be no more brick & mortars!! I bought 6 ignition coils for the price of 1.5 & got them from CA in 2 days! I do have 1 major complaint: you only sell ignition coils?! Until the next time...

Coil packs came a day or two after order. Price was very low compared to parts stores. I installed and was driving in about an hour. Thanks araparts

I got a really bad batch. I had them installed on a Friday and the very next day on Saturday one went bad. The following Saturday another went bad after less than 100 miles. I thought maybe I had an issue with something other than the coil packs so I took my Expedition to a Ford dealer. Nope - just bad coils so I had them replace all 4 on the offending side. One week later another one went bad on the other side. I had kept the old coils so I was able to change that one out; buy an additional 4 coil packs from a dealer; have my shop change out the other 4. I have not had any issues since.

Besides the $90 I paid for the 8 coil packs, I am out an additional $1200 in labor charges getting these pieces of crap out and changed to quality Ford parts.

This was a terrible experience not only because of the $1200 but I had to swap out parts for my old OEM parts twice and limp my misfiring vehicle to the dealer once and drop it off an additional time for service costing me my precious time.

Overall a very poor experience with Araparts.

The quotes for a coil pack repair on all 8 of my 5.4 V8 Ford was heard to be all the way up to $1,200! I got these for less than a $100. Put them on myself not knowing that I tackled the hard side first. Went very well praise God! Anyone can do it with a little patience. And my truck is running like a champ again at 540,000 miles! Great parts!

I have dealt with Araparts on maybe 5 different occasion and I am very pleased with there parts and prices quick delivery for no shipping cost and ease on the pocket compared to auto parts stores that rip there customers off with there exaggerated prices I wish there was a Araparts store in my town!

Product was as described. Great price, exact fit, and fast shipping included. My car is running the way it should again. I will buy from Araparts again and will recommend them.

Needed a Direct Ignition Cassette for my Saab 95. Found one on Araparts.com, price was way lower than most other Saab parts websites. Ordered the part, got my confirmation e-mail, and the shipment showed up a few days later. Part was exactly as advertised, I installed it that day and everything is running great. I would absolutely use Araparts.com again.

They are excellent. Initially sent us the wrong part but as soon as it was brought to attention they immediately shipped out the correct part and paid for return shipping on the part that was wrong. Look forward to using them again.

Great price, fast delivery, fit well, fixed the problem. Experience with other aftermarket suppliers of the same part is that the fit is not always so good, and the price is high. Fixed two cylinders with others. All eight for less than those two with ara. As for durability, we shall see.
