Quick and easy to deal with; and sent a very clear communication.

The main reason for a rating of 4 is with the experience I had on the payment. We keep on communicating back and forth as the payment failed several times.

I had to remind you to pay me a month…

I had to remind you to pay me a month later. I found it weird (if understandable) that I didn't get to know or see who I was talking to -- you might have "warned" me. I did enjoy the interview, and do hope I was helpful.

As too often happens I was bounce out…

As too often happens I was bounce out of the survey I was taking with not justifiable reason. It is rather upsetting if for no other reason than not even knowing why this happened, but that it seems to happen far too often and well before any disqualifying questions are even asked.
