Delivery arrived on time and unloaded by the driver & passenger. The field shelter was very good quality and very robust, pretty easy for 2 people to assemble with clear instructions. A very good quality product and good value for the price.

Brilliant service, product as described and everything we needed

Great quality product and went together perfectly. Could do with a better video showing instructions or a paper copy (I’m old fashioned). All in all thoroughly recommended.

The product is as described, construction instructions were certainly not ikea spec, some updates to the kit but they are minor and quickly solved.

Have to credit the delivery guy, no idea if he was employed by the company or freelance etc but he was brilliant, big wooden pallet playhouse kit and he made the perfect suggestion for where in the driveway the thing could sit and rot through the winter until I felt able to operate a wheelbarrow (over 12 degrees and sunny).

Speedy and great delivery. Solid arbour but not the best quality timbers - some very large open knots on some beams. Contacted the company and not interested. Have filled but disappointed after such an initial positive start.

Does require some skill and experience to assemble - mostly because the instructions were generic, didn’t identify which screws went where, and there were a couple of screws missing. That said, they did send out the required screws quite quickly; and it’s a good product at a reasonable price.

Assembling this gave me a clearer idea of how to build a complete workbench myself. So I’m a very happy bunny

Easy to build, product is exactly what it says it is. Read the instructions twice, otherwise you’ll be building it twice.

Love the new table, Arbour were great advising on which kamado table to choose for my grill. Would be great if it was offered in left, right or centre option depending on where you need your kamado to sit. Thank you Arbour.

The delivery came promptly and Richard assembled the units with great attention to detail and our specific needs. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Nice bun covers, always use install service, a part was missing but have now received it, the driver/ installer was very good, instructions were poor, used youtube video eventually

Good solid construction - better than expected. Everything included other than a screwdriver - I’d recommend an electric one as there’s plenty of screwing required! Good instructions. Looks very smart. Good value for money.
