Beautifully made, 3 seater wooden sofa with cushions. The floating corners are a physics mystery, which I can’t get my head around, so I have placed a wooden stump under it even though the instructions assure that it can take the weight. It arrived on time, and looks great in our garden. Super pleased.

Fabulous large workbench delivered and installed.

A friendly man delivered and built it, and though I did help slightly with lifting I think he would have managed by himself.

The guys listened was number one. Number two, they delivered and nothing was too much trouble. Ours was not straight forward project and involved a new patio, new pergola and new lawn....and we added extra requirements too. Top draw and super nice lads. Can't recommend enough.

Great product for reasonable price. The quality and thickness of the timber was really good. Delivery driver was also good. The only minor was that after almost 2 weeks I had to chase my order.

The Company came back and mended the missing part

Following my recent purchase of a workbench, Arbor Garden Solutions (AGS) has emailed me four times, asking me to leave a review.

I previously purchased a workbench from AGS in 2020 and the whole “experience” was good. However, my latest purchase was not a good experience.

Tracking information was poor. After placing the order, I regularly checked its status on the website, but nothing changed until one day before delivery when I also received an SMS with a window of 1pm to 9pm for the following day. The “Shop” app, which AGS seemed keen for me to use, was useless and several days after delivery it was still displaying “Awaiting information”.

The delivery left a lot to be desired. The van driver was taciturn and barely spoke. He didn't offer to help me lift the component parts (for an 8-foot workbench) from the van; fortunately, a neighbour spotted my plight and gave me a hand. As soon as the parts were unloaded the driver departed, again without a word. I examined the parts and saw that two corners and one edge of the MDF top had been damaged, presumably during transport.

Assembly was straightforward, though the instructions for my workbench, which AGS emailed to me, were curiously titled “Generic build instructions – Hollies Garden Table”. The components list on the instructions included 65mm screws, but the ones supplied were 60mm and the gauge was too small; fortunately I had a suitable alternative.

Would I buy from AGS again? Unlikely.

Reasonably quick delivery, the delivery driver did require help to unload.
The decking kit arrived with some planks missing but on informing Arbor these arrived within a week.
The kit was easy to assemble with everything pre-cut to the correct size, overall good value for money.

I was in touch with the seller all the time and that was so reassuring to know when it was going to arrive and it even came earlier than I expected.

I ordered the same size log shed as I had previously but the quality of this one was just not the same. I had to trim elements of it to get to fit properly the wooden stops that came with the kit split very very easily, so I had to make my own.
The log shed is built however and full but the quality on this unit to the last one has dropped away.

We are delighted with the bench.
It is beautifully made. Everything is better than we expected.
It really is such good value for the money.
The couriers were excellent. They kept us informed as to the time of arrival.
Congratulations to all concerned. A five star company.

Good quality work bench. Exactly as described

Good solid 1.8 m workbench and a very fair price, albeit the softwood had to be treated. All parts were delivered ready for assembly. Two points, first quite minor: the downloaded instructions are not quite how the kit assembled, but with care you can figure it out. Second was for me more significant. The pre drilled door hinge fixings did not line up between the door and carcass; mine seemed to be out by about 3 mm, but enough so the doors would not go on. After filing the upper carcass brackets, I managed to get screw fixings in for the lower carcass brackets so they lined up with the door hinges. I note that the packing slip said 'parts are pre drilled but may require adjustment'. Mine certainly needed what I experienced as quite intrusive adjustments. I do not believe the amount of realignment needed were my errors. I'm ready to accept any feedback on what I did, but I'm happily using the bench now.

Really impressed with the quality of the Bin Store I bought. I chose the option to have it assembled and the guy was amazing, only took him about 10 mins single handed!

Delivered on time and straight into my garage. Good quality kit.

This is a sturdy well made table and easy to assemble. Good value too and would highly recommend.

Product itself was great, had everything we needed in the decking kit. The only slight issue was the delay in receiving it. However would buy from them again.
