Fantastic service

Fantastic service from start to finish! From the moment I began browsing to John finding the perfect car for me, everything was seamless. Thank you John Stanton, for your very professional and efficient service, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

THe sales man Luke was very helpful…

THe sales man Luke was very helpful especially with the mountain of forms i had to fill in without his help i would probably have not bothered he was especially helpful showing me how to and were to sign. a very nice young man. i cannot praise him highly enough.
Also he added my phone to the new car and showed me how to use the new gps system

Peugeot 308 SW 2020 Model

My Peugeot should of been called in on a recall timing chain tensioner but never was
It has been serviced at Bromsgrove Peugeot since new. By previous owner .
It has been off road for near on 6 weeks I have requested written service invoice history from bromsgrove because Chorley Peugeot Ormskirk are refusing make good repairs to the engine without this information ,I still owe several thousands of pounds for this car and I am being ignored by all concerned .
This timing chain fault spans all models so beware if your Peugeot has not been recalled either

Poor customer service, lack of response, lack of honesty.

I was very interested in buying a car from them, awaited their call the next day for a revised offer on my part exchange car. I received no call. The following day I called them to find out that they had sold the car to someone else! I was very annoyed and found this extremely rude that they hadn’t done the courtesy to call me to say that someone was interested in it. They assured me they had found another car exactly the same spec. I waited for 4 days for them to get it from a dealership nearby. They didn’t return calls. I repeatedly asked them to confirm the spec was exactly the same and they confirmed it was each time. I called again to chase up where the car was. I went into the dealership to find out what was going on. It appeared the car had been delivered the previous day, but no one had bothered to phone me. I had been without a car for almost a week at this point. I was on my way back the following day to test drive it and I asked the sales manager to confirm the spec and it turned out it was NOT the same spec/model line after all! Really poor service , poor communication trying to pull the wool over my eyes concerning the spec of the car thinking that I wouldn’t notice, all for a quick sale. All they wanted to do was ‘get the deal done’ in their words. Really appalling service.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers bought a vehicle off them with six months warranty had a coolant problem within two weeks, they changed water pump had car back still had problem reported went in came back still had problem. Then they basically run down the six months saying they couldn't book in as busy once over the six months they washed there hands saying not there problem even though we reported well before the time was up DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS !!

We have checked and can see the vehicle had exceeded the mileage limit stated in the warranty policy. While the warranty covers a fixed time period, it also has a mileage cap, and unfortunately, once that was exceeded, the policy was is no longer valid.
We genuinely regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we’ll take your comments on board to continue improving the service we offer.

Louis was excellent throughout, love my leapmotor! Finally took the leap and Louis was the guy to do it with! Take a leap with Louis!

Ask for Luke.

Efficient, tailored and really enjoyable! Luke was so helpful, he has such a lovely manner, I wasn’t planning on purchasing but he found me the perfect car that I just couldn’t resist.

The car has so many features as standard, Luke knew exactly what I needed.

Whilst Luke was a stand out colleague then whole team were so engaged in leamington it made for such a great experience.

Josh Motability Soeciallist Simple the Best

Josh Hunt who was the Motability specialist was amazing , a true gent who supported communicated all the through the process of getting the new vehicle. Knowledgeable and gave me all the information required . Josh was friendly and approachable. He is a credit to Nissan and has been far the best dealership salesman I have dealt with . My experience with Arbury - Peugeot Stourbridge has been absolutely first class. It was our first time joining the motability scheme and Shaun Samra made the experience so easy to do, in fact I was surprised how easy it actually was!

Highly Recommend Ali at Peugeot Stourbridge

I recently visited the Peugeot Stourbridge branch to get my Motability car and was helped by Ali, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Unlike some other dealerships I had visited, where I felt dismissed as soon as I mentioned Motability, Ali made me feel valued and respected throughout the whole process.

He took the time to listen to what I wanted, arranged a test drive, and made sure I could get the exact car I wanted in the colour I had my heart set on. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care really stood out, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Thank you Peugeot Stourbridge, and a big thank you to Ali – you turned what could have been a stressful process into a really positive one. I’d highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a Motability car.
