The coaches are super friendly and they explain the exercises really well, even if in danish hehe Their feedback is clear and helpfull, and they show adaptations to the exercises to each level. A big shoutout to Nicolai and Nana.
I am really seeing an improvement in my strength and I am still motivated to join every week!

Good workouts, mediocre location
Classes depend greatly on the instructor. The gym I was in was a little shabby- but that might be part of the charm. Great customer support

Pretty cool places for CrossFit! Boxes all over cph
Great place to do proper CrossFit training. The app is pretty good and it is also great that they announce the program of each session there. Some coaches are more enthusiastic than other but overall the level is pretty high.
Minor con is that it could be a bit more clean ;) but after all CrossFit is a bit tough anyway ;)!!

Customer support at Arca is outstanding, very responsive and easy to collaborate with. Communication is handled professionally and with a good care of its customer :)
Arca offers fantastic training options, variety of classes is absolutely great. Size of classes (people capacity) is good and sufficient for a trainer to help out, correct, support while exercising. I really enjoy it!

Signed up on a day when my brain was working at 50% at best. When I tried to access my account nothing seemed to work because, due to 50% brain power, I had signed up with the wrong email address. Customer support was able to help determine the issue and promptly changed it to the right one. I will live to powerlift another day!

I've been going for over a year now
I've been going for over a year now, and I really like the format of the classes. I even have a few favorite trainers. On the downside, the app sometimes glitches (but I have to give credit to the support team- they're very quick to help), and it would be great if the floors in the gyms were cleaned a little more often :)

I had a problem with my QR code, it did not registered my attendance to class.
I contacted Arca’s support team and it was solved so fast an easy!
I think they could have their menu in English - just as a Suggestion :)
