We bought a Defender Arcade Machine. After many months trying to find Defender with the other games we wanted, we found this machine and am not disappointed. This is retro gaming at its finest and being enjoyed by all age groups.
Customer service and communication has been excellent, even given helpful advice on colours when what I originally chose didn’t look great.
I don’t normally write reviews, but think it’s deserved with this. Am genuinely happy to recommend Arcade Geeks.

Always wanted a Space Invaders machine and now I do! Swiftly dispatched and comes in two sections which is handy for installing. Although there were no instructions ( these were emailed to me later) it was dead easy to get up and running. Although it has thousands of games I haven’t strayed far from Space Invaders yet 😂 machine looks great

The system is amazing. The build the service the delivery. Every aspect of the purchase to playing has been fantastic.

Great product which all my family and friends love! I did have an issue with power to the machine 9 months after purchase. Despite some initial difficulty with communication, such as continuity of who I spoke to each time I called, the team were really helpful in helping me resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Nice product, reasonable price. But a nightmare with communication

Apart from poor communication regarding delays in parts arriving from the EU ABD after a dodgy start with a faulty motherboard the guys at AG really stepped up. Swiftly sent an upgraded replacement board and supported and guided me through installation.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The arcade machine i bought from arcade geeks kept cutting out, i reached out to the guys and they went above and beyond and tested the board and then sent out some replacement parts. Now works brilliantly. And the machine is fantastic. If you want a quality arcade machine these are the guys to buy from.

Such a great machine, the quality is absolutely amazing. The customer service has also been great, I had questions before buying/afterwords and my questions were always answers promptly and informatively.

I can’t thank Rod and Joe and the team at Arcadegeeks enough! After trying two other companies and experiencing 2 machines (arcade sticks) that were either not up to the brief or not working, my wife gave me permission to buy a ‘bartop’ arcade machine. After much investigation, I settled for the ‘Retrocade’ from Arcadegeeks. It’s arrived today, works wonderfully and we (the family and I) are so happy! Thank you Arcadegeeks. Rod and Joe’s help on a number of phone calls (it’s a big spend item for us and we wanted to make sure it was right for us) was excellent. They were knowledgeable, happy to answer all questions and were also patient with me. Ordered fulfilled a couple of days later than expected, but this was communicated and the end product was well worth the small delay (caused by Easter!). Thank you so much. Very much recommended.

I’ve just bought the 10000 games machine with the back to the future design from arcade geeks and I can tell you this. You will not be disappointed if you buy one of these. The layout on screen is very easy to navigate and the games look and feel like they were in the arcade years ago. Some games can save progress to come back to later

We have loads of barbecues and parties through the year and I already know that everyone is going to love playing this machine including the kids who are used to fancy gaming machines these days.

But honestly how good it is I’m thinking of making this an adults only machine (just kidding)

I was instantly smiling and remembering going to the arcade as a youngster and playing loads of these games but at least now I haven’t got to have a pocket full of change to get through a game

The build quality and look of the machine is outstanding. It comes in two boxes, the base has 4 dowels to put in the top then get the top section and just slot in onto the dowels and its a full size standing machine. If you decide you want to place it on a bar, just lift it off the base and put it where you like

From receiving the delivery to opening the boxes and putting together as explained earlier and playing the first game was seriously only a couple of minutes. The machine loads within about 30 seconds then choose a game and start playing

Overall I’m extremely impressed with it all

Honestly if anyone leaves these guys a negative review they are just that type of person who tries to get a free meal at a restaurant

I had one issue which was the manual was missing for how to connect to Wi-Fi and games market but I messaged them and within a couple of minutes they had sent me a link to the manual and it was very easy to connect. Saying that though. You don’t need to connect it to anything to play all the games that are already preloaded on there and selecting games is self explanatory as soon as you look at the screen

I did a lot of looking about before deciding where to purchase my arcade from and eventually decided on Arcade Geeks. I went for a custom designed bartop and they didn't disappoint, the artwork looks fantastic and really makes the cabinet pop out. Even the Mrs liked it which is always a bonus. I went for a dungeons & dragons theme. Supplied some art ideas and within 24 hours they come up with my design and after a few little adjustments I couldn't of been happier. It's available on their site now as an option to purchase. Spent a couple of weeks now getting my favourites list sorted out and would like to put a mention in for Rod who has been very helpful replying to my emails. Very professional company and I would be happy to purchase another cabinet from their team. 😀👍

Just Brilliant, the quality is great and the service is outstanding. DPD didn't take great care on delivery of item but the geeksquad couldn't be more helpful with sorting things out. If your thinking of buying an arcade machine then don't look anywhere else as you won't be let down by this company.
