Worked as advertised. Download/ conversion process is time consuming but well worth it. Follow the instructions carefully. Batocera build is well put together, A+!

I was told it was plug an play but no I have to do key setups and some game don’t work when it says it’s all tested when I asked for help off seller no answer then sed phone me back at a time and not phone me so £500 wasted not happy

Haven't been able to get Dreamcast to work on LB. Couldn't update LB either. Kept saying it couldn't connect to servers. Realized that I have a very old version of LB. Downloaded a newer version of LB figuring that was solve the problem, but no luck.

Sent many emails requesting help with very few replies. Strangely the replies I did receive did not even answer the questions I had about my problem. Eventually my questions were just being ignored. Very poor customer support. Definitely doesn't provide the support that they claim.

Everything is out of date and unable to update which is a pretty big problem. In matter of fact, I received help from a person at RetroSystems who pointed out that my LB was extremely out of date. How sad that it took someone else to help me. The guy even gave me steps to get Dreamcast to work.

To also note, it took them over a week to give me my information for my download. That was the first indication on how this was going to play out, and it pretty much did. Very disappointed with this company.

As I do this edit, I noticed that he replied to someone else that just left a review a few days ago on here, and of course, I still have no reply.

Take your business elsewhere. I don't really think this cowboy has the technical knowledge; therefore, he directs you to Discord. He probably just resells other people's builds.

Amazing product, good server speeds, decent software configuration, and several completely ignored email support requests were eventually solved forensically via the typically chaotic medium that is Discord. Great product over all!

I ordered during their growing pains, wrong order was rectified, but the time to respond was not good. The promises to deliver it by another method were also under false hopes. I think they have all resolved now, but was not happy over that last order, to be fair I have ordered 4 times from them, so everyone should get a pass for 1 misstep.

Great deals and they're really involved with the community on discord. Their tech support is always there willing to help.

Postage wasn’t great and had to chase up delivery. Was left wondering which isn’t a great start for a company you’ve never used before.

Product is so so although massively overpriced considering what it costs on Amazon. It’s a cheapo SSD internal drive so probably my mistake for not reading the description properly but I expected more for the price. I still then needed a USB adapter to use the drive externally on my PC.

Even with Including the software £140 is still extortionate considering there’s only a handful of light gun games on jt and the art work is just generated from screensaver. I can’t moan though as I knew the price when I bought it. I just thought it would be better quality all round and more value for the price.

Now that I know how to build a Batocera image myself, I feel a bit ashamed that I didn’t take more time learning it rather than just shelling out on something that take such little effort and only a little research.

All in all not a great experience or value for money and one I won’t be repeating.

ok. Can't say enough good things about this program. They have churned out some of the most amazing packages for years. I have been a VIP for a long time and love still after years of working with them they give the best tech support. Now that they are moving to a faster delivery system (torrent) I am very excited about how they are growing to meet customer demands.

Be very careful. You'll purchase VIP and then the upgrades aren't included.

The initial 20tb pack was crap and they get these packs from others. Be careful.

The purchase was simple, inspection, access everything quickly came to me by e-mail, but when it comes to contacting for help for a less experienced user it's not so cool, I sent 2 messages with a question but I did not receive any answer. I bought the disk privately, I bought on the site access to Hyperspin 12 TB but unfortunately it's been a while since the purchase and I didn't run any game, even Hyperspin.

8tb launchbox hard drive arrived in under a week and gave help remotely with setting up initially

Going back when I played games when I was a kid all the games from ArcadeSystems are the best thin I got from them and the Billd are so much better keep it up 👌

Amazing product at a low price, cannot fault the customer service, I had issues with starting a program and within a few minutes of messaging Arcade Systems they were remotley logged into my computer and fixing the issue. *****

A Good overall experience, downloads can take a while but they are working on new torrent streams so this process should be even easier.
