A little shaky in the beginning, but turned it around
I would have given Arcadia a 3 however, once we got everything sorted out and got a new team on our project, things were smooth and we came out with a great book.
In the beginning, we were working with one of their reps and there was a lot of miscommunication between him and our trusted vendors that made us look very unprofessional. Luckily they were able to assign us a new team to handle this and we were able to get to a successful end product.
5 Stars for Jodie, she was amazing, kind, and helpful throughout this entire project.

From speaking with the first associate who explained the opportunity to build our book, to the associate who visited to gather our advertisers and the associates who designed the book with us, our experience was wonderful.
