Every Video i have tried has Lipsync issues. I have tried to ask for assistance with promises that someone will get back to me but nothing as yet. I have been now waiting for 5 days

I like using Arcads for theNano Banana images, but the video quality is terrible, which was the main reason I signed up. Sora 2 Pro, regardless of the prompts and reference images I give, totally hallucinates and creates what it wants. I have tried using the prompt builder feature and that resulted in an even worse video. Honestly, it would be quicker for me just to make the video myself then trying to use this. Unfortunately, I will be canceling my subscription, bc it's been a total time waster.

Joined to create video ads using seedance 2.0. Very poor output, does know follow the prompt. Wasted all my credits without one single video ad I was happy with. $340 gone in a day. Do not use!

Absolutely horrible customer service.
I signed up a few days ago thinking I’d give this platform a fair chance. Right from the start, I ran into issues with their AI prompting. During onboarding, it asked me to explain what I was looking for, which I did—but it generated two completely different prompts in the workflow. When I created the videos, it resulted in two different actors, which was not what I wanted.
I reached out to customer support multiple times and didn’t hear anything back. I even tried troubleshooting on my own and asking their AI for help, thinking maybe I was doing something wrong. I attempted different approaches, but nothing worked—and I ended up using all my credits just trying to get one usable video.

It wasn’t until the 6th day, after sending multiple emails and messages, that I finally received a response. I politely asked for some credits back so I could try again, or alternatively a full refund. Both were denied because the credits had already been used. They did offer suggestions to fix the issue—but without any credits left, that’s not helpful.
To make matters worse, they suggested upgrading to a Pro plan for better support and onboarding. At that point, I had to ask myself—why would I spend more money when this has been my experience so far?
Be aware before using this platform. I am currently in the process of contacting my bank, as I don’t feel I received the service I paid for.

I signed up for a $154/month plan with high expectations and took the time to write an extremely detailed prompt, even refining it with ChatGPT before using it.

Right away, I ran into issues. Videos default to about 20 seconds and just abruptly cut off. If you want a complete video, you’re forced to spend additional credits to extend it. But when you do, the transition is almost always unnatural. The extended portion often has noticeable audio and video problems.

And then, to fix those issues? More credits. You have to remix and re-render, again and again.

Even more frustrating, the platform doesn’t reliably follow prompts. I explicitly requested no logos, yet logos were added anyway. Tone shifts randomly, despite clear instructions. It feels inconsistent and unpredictable, no matter how precise you are.

In the end, I burned through 19,000 credits and didn’t get a usable result.

Save your money, and your sanity, and stay away.

Amazing and professional staff with excellent customer service. They are extremely helpful with any questions and the platform is user friendly easy to use! I am switch from Make UGC, Creatify, and these plateforms my team and I were previously using for ads. I am bringing all my e-commerce business with Arcads.ai

Helpful support. Also, check out all the features before using, such as selecting your video models and so on. There's a lot more you can do other than their UGC presets

Great customer service. Its crazy to see how far Ai has come. Its not perfect - but in the next 6 months I expect it to be near perfect. Platform is intuitive - does require a little know how, but the team provides great service and will guide you through any issues to help get the best outcome.

Terrible. They charged me $339 a day before my free trial was up. Thats $447 Canadian, which is a lot of money for something you dont want and which isnt very good anyway . If you dont cancel your free trial in time it defualts to the most expensive option they have. Thats BS for a start. After much arguing they agreed to refund me but the refund never arrived and now they arent responding to me. Its Friday afernoon and customer service on the site says 'back monday' . Reported to my credit card bank. Ripoff merchants. Beware. There are better similar.

New to the making vid scene, but this platform makes great videos, even for a newby like me, Thank You for building a user friendly creative site, so I can create videos with my own actors, and look like a pro at it.

Would rec arcads, a little pricey but worth it for the amount of content u can make. And the service is super fast.

Great product, but needs better customer service for the price we are paying. Also maybe learn from webflow and do some tutorial videos as thats how people will make the most of it.

Its quite broad right now and overwhelming. Arcads 1.0 mode is pretty bad. Audio driven and omni are really good for creative generation.

Very disappointing experience.

You have to pay around 80€ upfront, and the quality is extremely poor. I generated one short video and it already cost me about 8€ for just a few seconds. The result was not even usable.

The scenes don’t match the prompt properly, the output looks outdated, and the platform doesn’t even provide a complete workflow. You still have to create voiceovers in other tools and import them manually.

For the price, this is absolutely not worth it. There are already much better AI video tools available.

If arcads ai wants this review removed, they can contact me if they are willing to refund my money.
