I’ve been highly impressed with ArcAds.ai. The AI-generated ads are performing at a similar level to real people for me, but at around 1/20th of the cost—and the ability to update, iterate, and relaunch creatives quickly is a massive advantage.

The platform is easy to use and makes producing UGC-style content fast and practical, especially when you’re testing hooks and angles.

Customer service has also been excellent: responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful when I’ve needed support or advice.

Hi all,

When it comes to fraud , this is the most fraudulent and dishonest company I have ever partnered with , they are the most cunning ,crafty set of individuals I have seen in my life ….

They almost made my life miserable by being their partner , they always want to sideline you from the business you have with them .

I registered as a promoter of this product , i made them sales , they made money ,when the time to pay my part of the money came ,the cat and rat chase began , it took several weeks of no responses,running from responding to email , playing corporate gimmicks ,

Until they were threatened .

They paid a little part of the money and forfeited the remaining balance by saying they found a violation of rules which turns out to be so untrue as one of them had initially verified and confirmed I didn’t circumvent any rules or terms after I provided all the requested information for vetting then.

The verifier first claimed they assumed I was circumventing the system without making any attempt to verify anything initially and held on to my money until they were threatened.

They just want to be greedy and use people as slaves without giving others the share of the business you give to them .

I had a very positive experience with Arcads.ai.

The team has been extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my use of the platform. Support is always available, takes the time to explain things clearly, and follows up properly — which is rare and highly appreciated.

The app itself is very promising and clearly positioned on a strong and relevant niche. It already delivers real value, and you can feel that there is a clear vision behind the product.

The only constructive point — which is completely normal at this stage — is that the app still needs to evolve and mature. But this applies to almost all AI tools right now: we are clearly at the beginning of a new technological cycle.

Overall, a serious team, a solid product foundation, and a lot of potential.
Well done to the Arcads team — I’m confident this platform will keep improving.

scam they use an API and resell for 20x more expensive

Feedback after 6 months of use:
The service is waaay better than HeyGen.
We can generate UGC with up to 1,500 characters unlike other platforms lets us create full UGC videos extremely fast, which has saved us a huge amount of time in our creative strategy.
It also allowed us to produce a large volume of UGC at a much lower cost, including one video that became our biggest winning ad since our launch. being able to add emotions to the actors is outstanding and feels incredibly realistic.

This is a great product. The talking actor videos sound much more natural than Creatify / are generally more convincing. The interface is super easy to use, and if for some reason the model gives you something weird, they will refund your credits which is huge. Definitely recommend to any media buyers!

Biggest bullshit ever. Expensive, no revisions + worst customer service ever. Btw dont beleive the 5 stars they bought it!!

It’s essentially just a front-end wrapper for existing AI video tools like Wan or Sora.

The price is nearly 20x higher, and there’s no trial — likely because once you pay, you immediately realise what’s happening and won’t want to stay.

This service provides nothing unique. You can do the same thing, faster and far cheaper, directly through the tools they rely on.

Worse, because their interface acts as a middle layer, video generation takes around five times longer.

Avoid it. If you feel misled, request a refund from your bank and report the transaction to Stripe to support your claim.

Not even a free trial, i paid for this scam and thought it was going to be worth the money, but they are running fake ads and fake videos

As a creative agency that uses AI tools every day, this has to be one of the biggest rip-offs I’ve come across. The pricing is ridiculous for how few credits you get, and you’ll burn through nearly half of them just trying to test or set things up. There’s no option to buy more credits either, which makes it impossible to properly trial or experiment.

I wasted most of my balance just testing one person and setup, and even then, the result sounded terrible — overly Americanised despite selecting Australian options. The product upload feature was just as bad, completely changing how my product looked.

Overall, the pricing model is poorly designed, the quality isn’t there, and it feels like a cash grab. There are far better and more transparent AI tools out there.

Please do not use them. Scammers have been taking money from me without my knowledge or consent, even though I'm not a subscriber. I paid for 1 month.

The service from Nilo has been amazing. Very responsive regardless of how big Arcads has become

If i can give them 0 star i would love to. It is crazy expensive. I paid 150 and i created 1 video i cancelled my subscription and all my credits gone. They are ripping of people

All the reviews are fake. 11$ per video. . a scam company and its gonna die very soon.

Waste of over $100 to test a product that is poor quality and over-priced. Do not recommended.

ARCADS was well ahead of it's time - I started using it as an early adopter and I was impressed with its ability to sustain long form audio over a period longer than 8 seconds. Is it perfect - no, but they seem to keep making improvements.

I’ve had a great experience with Arcads.ai – not only is the product easy to use and delivers great results, but the customer support is outstanding.
They responded quickly, were very friendly, and even reactivated unused credits for me without any hassle.

The only small downside I’ve noticed is that the audio quality can occasionally have some issues.

Highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive team behind a great tool!
