False advertising

False advertising.
Photos advertised a high-quality tank top with built-in bra shelf. I purchased it, and received a flimsy very thin tank without support. I reached out to customer service. They took a long time to reply and then asked me to send a photo. I have not yet heard any details about refund or shipping back. I can check back in if this changes and update my review.

FYI I discovered this brand through Instagram- an advertisement was placed in my feed. It's a scam.
