Delivered a week too late and not good quality.
Really unhappy with my first (and only) order with Archi Print. I selected the first class option for delivery on a Friday, expecting my prints to be with me the following Wednesday (first class should take 1-2 business days). I called the guy that runs the website and shop, and he told me his printers were down, and he would print and send them to me and would be with me on Friday as he would send them on Thursday. Disappointed that he did not email me to tell me about this delay, already off to a bad start.
I didn't receive my prints until the next Wednesday, 8 whole business days after I ordered them. They were not cut well either, and some of them were a little frayed in the edges. I also called Archi Prints again to ask them if they could do anything as I did not receive my prints in time, and he mentioned he would refund my 4.99 GBP delivery charge. Still haven't heard back on this and it has almost been a week.
If you need decent quality prints, delivered within the time frame you asked (and paid) for, don't use Archi-Prints.
Edit: yes, you should’ve communicated the machines were broken down (it’s managing expectations vs. hiding a crucial detail from a customer) and no, as the customer I shouldn’t have to constantly follow up with you for a relatively simple service. Also, 10 years isn’t an indicator of quality. Also, no email or sign of a refund in my bank account. An email confirmation would be nice after everything.
Quality of prints: quality would’ve been somewhat acceptable if you’d delivered on time, and a little more care with packaging goes a long way :)
I think if you took more time actually working on your craft and less time giving passive aggressive responses to customers, you’d probably have the time and money to improve on your service a little more. Downgraded rating from a 2 to a 1
