We are sorry to receive this review from a one off rather disgruntled customer who did not pay their bill and we had to take her to court.
Still there are unpaid fees on our account that she refuses to pay.
We did a fair days work for a fair days pay and have made numerous attempts to contact this person all of which have been ignored.
She ignored all correspondence from us in the form of emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages and we even asked her staff to get her to call us all to no avail.
In fact we had to make a phone call withholding our number to get her to answer the phone and when we did, she answered (rather embarrassed) and then promised to pay that day only to make a partial payment the following day.
We offered to accept a reduced payment to settle the account but still our offers are ignored.
We have had nothing but 5 star exceptional reviews from all of our customers from inception to date, so we hope that this review will come across as a complete one off from a customer that has not settled their bill with us and we had to take to court.
We certainly did not make any mistakes.
Likewise, if anybody wants any more information on this, we are extremely happy to discuss this.
