Happy overall
The product is excellent and delivery was fast and efficient, also e-mails were answered speedily, however, I didn’t receive any shipping info and the website didn’t update to let me know when the package was in transit. Overall, very satisfied.

Happy to reply to emails before purchase,not so much once you have spent money
The seller was very good at communicating when I was looking to buy.Once I had bought the item,I waited 3 days to enquire when I should expect it.I sent 2 emails & got no response.After 8 days I eventually received it.The issue is not how long,but giving a customer who has spent £250 a bit of reassurance or communication as to what's happening.

Sorry for the delay in receiving your item. Unfortunately as a one man band operating the business, when I slipped a disc in my back on Monday the 31st, everything was put on hold. Items were shipped out asap once I was able to leave the house and visit the studio.
I’m now back to full capacity so hopefully if you decide to shop again you’ll have a more pleasant experience.

Ordered an item on February 26th and still haven’t received my item. I have send an email, but didn’t get a response. So I tried via instagram and asked if they could send a track & trace. But the track & trace code won’t work. And now they don’t response back after I asked if they could send the right code

It’s been more than 2 weeks and still…
It’s been more than 2 weeks and still haven’t got my order, tho the store said they’ve shipped it with another delivery service than royal mail(the one that I ordered). The reason why I give it 2 star it’s because I’ve ordered last summer another item via royal mail and that was delivered as promised. Update: still no order, but at least I got a refund
