This includes using process management software, electronic communications and technology to expedite the Party Wall process and prevent delays to building works. We are solution focused and can advise on all building works including extensions, basement / loft conversions, piling / underpinning works and new build commercial / residential developments. We strive to offer straight forward and practical advice that is cost effective.

A Partywall surveyor to avoid.

I just paid their invoice today because we cant delay our project any further.I'd like to fight it as we had terrible service and a huge bill! I can say no one involved has anything but disdain for Archway.
Completely unprofessional. They came very close to scuppering our party wall agreement. Archway are either incompetent or unprofessional,I'm not sure which it is yet... but Archway needs to be avoided. You've been warned.
We are making a complaint with the RICS and writing reiews like this to warn others.
