Arcitek Building Design Ltd by Shane is NOT a trustworthy and reliable architectural design company.
Shane is not aware of local rules and planning regulations, he is only interested in fees and never works towards the outcome of a successful application.

Shane is a lazy guy who loves bike riding and other hobbies and NOT passionate about his work nor clients. He can be very good initially to sign you up but fails to work with you after you pay him.

I made considerable loss by investing and working with Shane, lost the right to build an impressive project which I visualised and dreamt off.

Not only did I loose money but also impacted me in several ways and this is all because of lousy Shane not reading and acting on critical responses received from council and other professionals.

Had he acted in the interest of client (thats me), I would have given him a 5 star review, but honestly he doesn't deserve to be working as an architect instead he should be doing following his passion, i.e. lazing around

We needed an extension to blend in with the existing structure of the farmhouse. Working with the company was an easy and straightforward process. The requirements were achieved completely. Many people have complemented us on the extension. This was as a result of the company understanding the scope of the build. I cannot praise them enough. I can fully recommend working with the company. Mike @ Eastgate

Disappointing.
I have worked with lots of architects previously but this was by far the worst experience.
Having explained that I was working on a renovation project that was aimed at making a profit, I wanted to explors some ideas for an extension that would add value. Budge was no object but adding value was essential. Many times I asked for his ideas, creative thinking and looked forward to his concepts but when the plans came through he had just taken my initial thoughts and put them on paper. Nothing new, different and his version would have cost a lot but not added any value at all. I went to someone else who got the concept immediately, came up with great ideas which were drawn in a matter of minutes and which will add substantial value. Really not impressed with this company and I recommend not using them based on my personal experience.
