Shelly worked with me

Shelly worked with me, a complete computer not understander. She helped me with a very technically difficult exchange from one account to the other. She singlehandedly, because I couldn't help her, fixed my computer problem. Excellent and out standing work Shelly.

Shally has been a wonderful provider in assisting me with my issues. She is very knowledgeable about the issues and has given me many possible solutions to avoid this problem in the future.
