If I can give a million stars I would DAWN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME!!! please support support support Arctic buffalo they are great in their selections, service, and support from beginning to end I was so thankful for dawn and my address swap and grateful for arctic buffalo 1 mm sizing selections also 100% recommend

I've shopped on arctic buffalo some times now and the items are pretty good quality even though the variety is not vast and there aren't many original things. Costumer service is always pretty nice. For this last order I had the problem that the local mail services refused to take in the delivery coming from US and they sent it back to arctic buffallo. I heard from the costumer service and they told me that they will send the package over again. I'm waiting to see how this ends... but for now my experience is positive. Will be back with updates asa the situation is solved.

Wildly inconsistent sizes, they measure before they send out but they just don't care. They also didn't refund the shipping cost and on top of that made me pay for shipping to send back. Avoid this place, they scam people big time on returns.

My girlfriend has been ordering from Arctic Buffalo since 2018 and the only thing that has been consistent is how inconsistent they are. She ordered the same plug in the same size in different colors, and when they shipped they were different sizes. If it happens once that’s fine. But this has been happening consistently for YEARS, it is tragic because they have good quality plugs. If only they would give us the right size.

Misleading. A picture of 3 septum clickers in different colors. Once you go to order it it does give you a color choice which made me assume I was getting 3 for that price.

Everything I ordered showed up with what looked like dirt on it, but I would have to rip open the sealed packaging to verify and if you do that you can't return anything. Very horrible policy and very disappointing jewelry. The "flesh" colored plugs are not even close to skin color and wouldn't match any known skin color out there.

We ordered single flare glass plugs 9/16 and 18 and so satisfied💯% best plugs ever truly highly recommend these guys can't beat,em these guys and plug your holes is my all time favorite you can't go wrong with these guys especially !!

I can't recommend Arctic Buffalo. I made an order recently and within a day or two an automated email arrived saying that they had cancelled my order due to an error with payment, though my credit card had already been charged. I emailed back asking about the error and was told basically to make another order but they'd have my refund processed. I never made another order as this situation was a bit fishy, and sure enough when I got my refund it was short. I emailed asking about why my refund was less than what I paid just a couple days ago, and I was told that it about the exchange rate (as they are based in the US and I'm in Canada). So TLDR: there was a technical error on their end, they cancelled my order without consulting me, charged my credit card anyways, then kept some of my money by refunding me less than what I paid a few days earlier for an order that never was processed because of their policy on exchange rates. Imo, this is bad customer service. Especially when the lesser refund was initiated because of a technical error on the company's end. This whole situation is wild because in the past, I've never had an American company refuse to refund me the amount I paid in CAD even if I was the one initiating the return process weeks later. Their customer service is pretty abysmal. Don't shop there.

I ordered two different sizes in my plugs because I couldn’t remember what size my ears were lol. Both pairs are absolutely beautiful and came with stretching balm for an extra $5. The stretching balm has actually helped my lobes thicken at the bottom. I ordered the wrong size tapers for my bf but they were totally willing to refund my money if I sent them back. Definitely will be ordering from them in the future.

Artic Buffalo has been great! The stretchers are perfect, very high quality. The customer service was superb as well. I made a mistake on my order and they took care of it immediately. Highly recommend.

Arctic Buffalo's customer service is amazing. I got very quick responses and they are very kind! I deeply appreciate the effort they put into responding to customer questions and inquiries.

Ordered from this site more than three times already. Everything arrives fast. I love their stone plugs!
