I am trying to contact the company to return an item, as this is the process that needs to be followed to authorise a return.
I have emailed three times and not had any response.
This is very disappointing. My next option may have to be to ask my credit card company to dispute the charge

Fast delivery and fantastic hat + scarf set. Good service as usual.

Ordered the scarf in January (The Reykjavik Check Scarf), so have had it for about 2 months at this point. It is a lovely colour and, when I first got it, was a lovely soft thick texture. Despite being very careful to look after it, wearing it maybe 3 times a week, and regularly brushing it to prevent piling and keep it soft, it has become completely ratty, dense, and feels plastic-y. The material also makes my hair go insanely knotty and frizzy, which is incredibly annoying. Really disappointed with this purchase considering I thought - having spent £40 and with such good reviews - I would be getting quality. Though I love the sustainability aspect of the brand, the material is not suitable for use or, at least, definitely not for that price point.

One of the best customer sevice ever. I live abroad and was trying to buy a scarf for my daughter who lives in London but for some reason it wasn't possible to pay online.. So I contacted the customer service and Ben helped me for hours on end trying to find many solutions until we finally managed to get it sorted. He has unbelievable patience, he's so kind and diligent. He messaged me straight away as soon as I asked for help from the shop. Fantasfic customer service. Thank you Ben for your kindness and professionalism. I will definitely shop again at Arctic & Fox.. I love the shop and the customer service is the very best!!!

These earrings are gorgeous! The shipping was really fast as well, I ordered later in the day and they were delivered first thing in the morning. So happy with the quality and price (less than half compared to a very similar item from another big insta brand) and I've worn them every day and they are still as gold and shiny as when they arrived! Will be back to buy again soon

Ordered an item in January; after nearly a month of no update on when the order would be dispatched, I reached out via email and to their Instagram account providing my order number and simply requesting an update. Followed up when these messages were ignored and several hours later received an automated “refund” notice, which hasn’t yet been reflected in my bank account. Would avoid this company.

Obsessed with this brand! Lovely items from a sustainability led company, items came individually wrapped in tissue with a handwritten note which was a lovely touch! Had so many compliments while out with my beanie and scarf too! Love love love love love!
