My experience with ARC TRT has been exceptional from the very first enquiry through to my ongoing treatment. I’ve now been registered with them for around six months, and I genuinely wish I had found them much sooner.

After a stressful and rather laissez‑faire experience with a previous provider, I was understandably hesitant about trying TRT again, especially through a private clinic. That changed almost immediately after my initial conversation with Dr Chris. He took the time to listen carefully to my past experiences and symptoms, understand my concerns, and clearly explain what the process would look like moving forward.

Since then, my treatment has been managed with real professionalism and care. Regular blood tests, consistent monitoring, and clear, practical guidance have helped me understand how to manage my TRT effectively alongside my lifestyle. For over a year I was being diagnosed for unexpected weight loss. Over the course of a year I had lost three stone and visible loss of muscle. All the tests had come back showing that I was in really good health and there was no obvious reason for the weight loss other than retirement and a change of lifestyle. Having seen an article on the effects of low testosterone I decided to take a blood test and although my GP agreed to the test felt it wasn’t likely to be a factor. However the numbers came back as low and I was offered treatment on the NHS. A call with Dr Chris explained how he would approach the solution and I agreed to become one of his patients. The treatment and service I have received from him and his team has been great. My weight has now stabilised and my muscles are beginning to return!

The whole process has been really well organised, with clear communication, regular check-ins, and everything I need sent out on time. The blood work process is straightforward, and it gives me confidence that things are being properly monitored rather than left to guesswork.

I also really like the automated portals and online systems. They make it easy to keep track of appointments, results, supplies, and next steps without having to chase anyone.

Overall, it feels professional, reliable, and well run. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a TRT provider that takes both treatment and ongoing support seriously.

Dr Chris Airey is so knowledgeable on the subject he gives real confidence you are in good hands. No question to stupid he will give you answers in a clear and understanding manner with no waffle.
I like the fact that the treatment provided is what is needed unlike some TRT companys who push unneeded products which are hyped for profit

From first contact to current ongoing support I could not recommend Arc TRT any higher! The process of blood tests, initial consultation, receiving treatment and follow up consultations has been extremely smooth. Speaking with Dr Chris Airey has been life changing, being instantly put at ease that you are speaking to a genuine person who will listen to exactly how you feel and will provide tailored treatment to suit you. Treatment has been a huge success for myself in such a short period of time (coming up to 4 months). I have also dealt with Ursh who has always been quick to arrange appointments and answer any queries. All I can say is I wish I found Arc TRT 2 years earlier.

I’ve felt flat and exhausted for the last year or so. Decided to do the enhanced blood test and found out I was deficient in vitamin D and had issues with my cholesterol. The markers on this test are much more comprehensive than other TRT clinics. Dr Airey gave excellent lifestyle advice to improve my levels and hopefully start feeling like myself again! Brilliant service throughout.
