Do not order from this company!

I so wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. Shoes arrived damaged and in terrible shape and they will not refund my money. We’re trying to get me to exchange offering me a discount but will not refund to my card. I’m thinking about refusing to pay on the credit card.

Please beware of purchasing from this company. I purchased a few items that were miss marked. The quality of the sweaters was awful, especially for the price. They don’t stand by their return policy. It states there is a 30 day return, you pay for shipping, which I was told would be $20-$40. Then I was told it would take longer than 30 days for them to get the merchandise back, therefore the 30 days would be expired. I have never heard of such nonsense! Save yourself the trouble of taking the chance with this clothing company, not worth the aggravation.

Ordered a sweater for my daughter’s bday. The website stated express US shipping. 9 days later I recd. an email that it would be leaving Mainland China in a few days! When I finally recd. the sweater ( well after the date promised), it looked nothing at all like the sweater shown online. VERY poor quality. Additionally, the sizing was WAY off. The sweater might fit a doll. Furious with the wasted time and effort. It went right in the donate pile but it’s doubtful anyone would ever be able to wear it. The neck size was 2-3 inches and would fit my wrist better than my neck. Stay far, far away from this fraudulent website. You’ll be paying for much delayed garbage.

Do not order from this company. It is not located in the US. It is located in the Netherlands. The images on their website are generated by AI. The merchandise they will send you will look absolutely nothing like the photo and they will not refund your money. This company is scamming people. They are thieves. I paid $47 for a sweater that looked like a thick knit sweater online and what they sent me was a top made out of the same material that a cheap stuffed animal is made out of. I have never seen clothing made out of this material. It looked nothing like the photo. And when I told the company that I wanted a full refund, they told me I would have to pay shipping cost to return it to the Netherlands. Their return policy clearly says if they’ve made an error that the consumer does not have to pay the return shipping. They refused to acknowledge that sending me a sweater that looked nothing like the online image was in fact an error. Just walk away and do not buy anything from this company. Hopefully it will go bankrupt soon.

This company is not legitimate. Buyer beware

Arden New York is a scam. I tried to return a sweater because the quality was horrible. They offered me a 10% refund. The website says you can return within 30 days. What a joke!

I cancelled the fuzzy hoodie within hours of ordering because it would arrive too late for my purpose. They emailed me saying g they will try to cancel the item but not guaranteed. It arrived 3 weeks later and the quality is cheap, the material is not as described and it looks flimsy. So I tried to return it. Although they are responsive by email, there is no customer service phone number. They make you jump thru hoops and will offer discounts and store credit and make you pay for the return shipping and customs to CHINA! The process is very difficult and discouraging so I ended up reporting them and an item I didn’t want. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

I ordered two sweaters, neither of which fit. Although the website states a 30 day return policy, the company put multiple barriers in the way of returning the sweaters for a full refund. I ultimately settled for a 30% refund and kept the sweaters, but I will NEVER EVER order from them again. It was my own fault that I did not research how they handled returns more thoroughly. Do not believe what the website says about their return policy.

My items were both medium sized but the fits were completely different. Cheap materials. Return process is ridiculous. Have to contact them to return and basically it has to be in original packaging and customer pays. Not worth the trouble, but then they try to get you to buy or exchange the items instead of giving you a refund. No thanks! I’ll just keep my cheap inconsistently sized clothes (or donate them). Chalk it up to lessons learned.

I purchased a wool-blend tailor blazer from this store
with a picture of a quality blazer. The first thing is the blazer was way too big. Secondly is was very cheaply made and the tag on the garment said 95% polyester
5% etastane (a synthetic plastic polymer) and had zero wool in it and it looked NOTHING like the picture. Very misleading and false advertising. It was very poor quality with threads uncut and just very cheap looking. I would never wear it. Trying to return it is very complicated and I'll probably end up eating the $65. The company is located in Netherlands and has nothing to do with New York. Beware - go somewhere safe like Esty
