My experience at Arden University is been great. I had support from the Coaching for success. When I book the appointment I was not feeling confident in proceed with studies due to issues in my personal life. Wendy Lo, called me when I had already given up and encouraged me to continue and I submitted my Law assignment. One month later I received message from Wendy saying that I had I high grade but I was so scared to check. I felt that the teacher that was going to read my assignment felt it was all over the place, I thought I repeated myself a lot. But from the beginning I thought Arden university assignment well written, straight to the point, easy to understand the question even if you don't know what points to write. I have watched Arden youtube advert after I have tried to study at Open University (Which was not a good fit for me). Since the first day I spoke to Nicola and today I haven't not had a different experience to the one I had when I spoke to her. I am having a great experience with Arden university as part- time online student. Wendy is the cherry on the cake. That day you called me, you lifted me so much from my state of depression and showed me that it was not too late. I won't forget that. I wish I started my degree here, being treated with respect is great. I still don't have the courage to check my grade.

A very happy journey ended with the graduation ceremony. I truly enjoyed the whole study time. The teachers and every staff were so helpful and supportive. My classmate and I got every support from them when needed. The student support team was there in every way. They were so responsive and friendly. I will never forget the memories I made in 4 years. I wish all the very best of Arden team.

I had some challenges at first finding my feet, but I was well supported in terms of my access needs. I was fortunate to be able to ask for extensions with my assessments. I was very lucky that exams were removed from my BA (Hons) Psychology and Sociology degree course. I feel that I wouldn’t have achieved first class if I had to do exams, as I don’t perform well under pressure. Though, there was some triggering content that I had to take my time to manage (aware EDI is working on this). It was great being a Volunteer Researcher Assistant and also being a Student Change Champion within the School of Criminal Justice. I’m especially grateful to the Academic Skills Tutors their guidance with structure of assessment are second to none. Overall, I fairly good experience, but I feel that there is always room for improvement.

I went to James for help that i needed after my Day2 Induction. I had more than one requests and he has helped me in the most efficient way, he was very kind and explained everything to me clearly.

She has been an amazing personality. She helps me to solve any problem I am having difficulty with.

Miss Gerald was very supportive, reassuring, professional and pleasant. It's not the first time I have dealt with her and each time she goes above and beyond to assist me.

Gabrielle King was outstanding throughout. She took ownership of my case, liaised with the Registry, and secured the release of my elective, even during mid-semester. Her updates were prompt and clear, she set realistic expectations about deadlines, and she made the next steps easy to follow. I felt listened to and supported from start to finish. I’d be very happy for Gabrielle to handle my queries again.

Mandy, an Arden Student Hub Advisor has been helping me with my query regarding my course. She has been so supportive and communicating with me every step of the way.
As a distance learner it can be easy to feel disconnected but Mandy went the extra mile to support and resolve my query which went on for several weeks but I was assured Mandy was working on it and got it resolved.

Jack willson supported me with my presentation I have never met a more patient guy then him, I recommend all students see him if they are having issued very humble and patient and one of the best at arden

Arden university is one of the best universities out there ! They offer part time and long distancing learning and even blended learning opportunities for students for may have done a full time course already elsewhere. The student support team is fantastic they are always willing to help you even if you haven’t passed one of your modules they will assist you in appealing the case they are really the best thank you student support team you guys are great

What a scam university.
they suspended my module due to 25 pound after they already collect the first payment from student finance . this university is a scam at all they will just collect money from you and nothing else .
assignment ? make me lough, teacher internally they can make exams for you at a very cheap price ... what a shame of university. Scumbag

I have had health problems this semester and Joyce Gerald has been amazingly overwhelmingly helpful, supportive and encouraging. Out of 10 she would receive an overwhelming 11. She has been an amazing tower of strength when needed. She has turned grey days to sunshine, as if I am the only one that matters. Nothing has been to much trouble. I recommend her for ' staff member of the year '. Long may she continue ;-). A truly amazing person.

He assisted me through my transferring to another campus and different course simultaneously. He was the only one who could present necessary information and explain the details of the process. Hi, I am a distance learning student at Arden awaiting the results from my dissertation submission in October 2025. I feel a great sense of accomplishment for actually being able to complete the paper even though the results are not out as yet. I am not sure how I would have gotten this far without the support I got from student support. I am really thankful for the support I got from Ms Wendy Lo. She reached out and spoke to me at the right time. I was stuck and I wanted to quit... facing demanding life situations with work and school. Her guidance was timely, human and structured.
