Arden was the agent for the house I've bought and despite the fact that I wasn't the paying client, I can't praise Arden's and especially Amy, highly enough. Ours was a long, often complicated chain which was often frustrating for all concerned, but any questions I had were always treated with respect. We sold our house with Arden and also ended up buying a house which Arden were selling. All of the ladies were great. They always kept us up to date and got back to us quickly. If someone couldn't help immediately then they got back to us within the same day. They were amazing at liaising with the solicitors and being the middle man so we were able to rest assured that things were moving along in the background without us having to chase. We recently bought a property through Arden and all the staff were great, from arranging viewings to start with and when our offer was accepted, Leanne was our main contact.
Leanne was brilliant, kept us up to date with any changes and progress.
She was chasing the other agents and solicitors and making sure everyone in the chain was aware of what was happening.
Our move ended up being very last minute and Leanne even helped us find a removal company who had availability as it was such short notice due to an issue further down the chain.
I would definitely use Arden again, they were very professional and on the ball.
