I was injured at Adrmore Heathside and…
I was injured at Adrmore Heathside and Lethbridge site in Lewisham in 2022 Feb.
I tripped over the laid plywood, which was covering the gaps, holes, and trenches in the concrete floors. I fell down on my elbow and got a TYPE 3 ACJ shoulder joint dislocation—a severe and complex injury which disabled my hand to 14 %.
The plywood was not fixed to the floor or highlighted ( sprayed, etc. ). The plywood sprang, twisted. The edges are well off the floor. The site was full of laying plywood everywhere, covering gaps and trenches in the concrete floors. The loose ramps were all over the site, too.
When I tripped and fell, I was holding a notepad and the phone in my hands, taking notes and pictures. So, I missed that plywood.
Ardmore and their insurance, Allianze, are denying liability.
In between the lines, they are saying I am a fool and got injured somewhere else.
Well done Ardmore.
Well done to one of their dedicated employees who says he did not see any signs of me being injured.
You are responsible for this injury.
