Completely disappointed. I spent $118 and they offered an $11 credit and I would have to pay to have it shipped back to China. Their other alternative was to give the items to a friend! They sell completely defective items. BUYER BEWARE!!

BE AWARE of this SCAM. I ordered 4 pieces of clothing. Only 2 were shipped to me. SUPER CHEAP quality fabric and really bad look. The clothes looked nothing like the photos on their website. The other 2 items I ordered never arrived (since December of 2019). After submitting a claim to Paypal - they closed my case - so much for protection of the customer from their side.
I couldn't get in touch with the merchant. The emails were bounced back. So $80 later I have 2 pieces of Cheap clothes that I end up putting in the garbage bag as they did not ever serve the purpose of donating, and other two that never arrived. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This company is a real scam. I ordered a dress last summer and what they sent me was a very cheap quality dress nothing close to what I saw in the picture. I returned the dress and ask for a refund. I received few emails back asking me to send pictures of the dress I received and told me to wait until they receive the the dress back to give me a full refund as today March 2020 I haven't hear from them. I sent them an email recently asking for my refund no answer back. BIG scammers. Don't buy anything from this website.

If I could give a no star review I could. I placed an order with this company in Nov 2019. I took over a month to receive it. When I finally did receive it, the quality and fit was poor. There seems to be no way to process a return. I went back to the email confirmation, sent a request for return instructions from customer service and still no response. The package didn't contain a packing slip or any return instructions. I mailed back the items to the address on the shipping label at the tune of $27.00 with a copy of my email confirmation of the order. STILL NOTHING and its now been 3 months later and have not received a reply or credit of $137.00 I am contacting my cc company for processing at this point. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

So far I have received 2 jumpsuits that I ordered. I can't complain looks just like the photo body shape changes the way it looks compared to picture but actually better on me since I have curves. Have 5 more dresses to receive my

I ordered a shirt for my wife in early January. We still haven't received it. I have tried to send an email but the address isnt correct. I have tried to send a ticket but it wont go through. I wish i had read the reviews before i purchased and i woudnt be going through this!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Willie Miller

Save your money and look elsewhere for your clothes! This company produces POOR QUALITY items. I ordered two items and they were NOTHING like the picture. The dress was displayed as an elegant flowing summer dress with a soft belt, but ended up looking like a shapeless hard canvas bag with a cheap stiff belt.
I inquired about a refund and they offered a voucher instead of a full refund. I refused the voucher because of the horrible quality of each item and didn’t trust they would offer any better items. They then offered a partial refund which was less than what I paid for one of the items! This was a horrible and disappointing shopping experience.

Disgusting company! My dresses looked nothing like what I ordered. The only thing they’re good for are Halloween costumes. They weren’t even the same material as what I ordered or the right size. These people are scammers. I looked forward to my order, I thought I was going to dress beautifully for my husband on Valentine’s Day but instead got a moo moo gown.

Do not waste your money. They shipped only 7out of 10 items ordered. Very cheap material. I tried to return all of the cheaply made items but their email address is not valid. No way to contact them for a return. MAJOR RIP OFF!

I would have given them zero stars if I could have... I bought five dresses from their website and only received four. The four I did receive are terrible and cheap quality. They’re not even the same dresses as the ones pictured. I’ve tried contacting them via email but keep getting a failure delivery notification. If they’re not going to give me my money back then they should at least send the last ugly dress I paid for. Save your money and DO NOT BUY FROM AREA LOOK!!! You will be so disappointed.

Do NOT buy from this website. They take 10-12 days to even begin to 'prepare your shipment' then God knows how long to actually get it here. All of their email addresses that they have posted to contact for service bounce back as an 'unavailable' email address and not deliverable. They do not answer their online contact forms either. If you want some good ole cheap cute stuff from China, order from Cupshe- they actually ship right away and have good stuff with great customer service at the same prices.

Would give zero stars! I never write reviews but this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Don’t buy from them, I tried to buy a dress back in oct and the shipping still says it never shipped from California I tried emailing them about it they say shipping just takes a while... it’s been 4 months and I tried asking for a refund and they completely go around what I say and respond with something different. Must be a scam, wasted $40 please save yourself the trouble and don’t buy from them!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Clothing is cheap. The design was worse that iron on and it was ripped. It also took a month to ship from China. I got scammed.

I only put 1star on here because I had to. It basically warrants no star! I was dissatisfied with my product so I sent it back. 1st of all it took several weeks from our product to come. When it came it was incorrect. I have not gotten my funds back nor have I heard from them. When I emailed them the email came back to me DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

I ordered a article of clothing and it looks NOTHING like what came in the mail. I keep sending emails to get a return address and I have yet to get a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam and you will not get anything of quality or return information.

The customer service provided is very poor . After 4 emails asking procedure and address to return items no respond has been received . Photos in the web page look very different to real Garments

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a dress from them and it was shoddy, cheap material and badly made. I spent half as much as the dress cost to send it back and it is now 8 months since they received it and they are still not giving me my money back. I spent £32 for the dress and it wasn't worth 32 pence!
I have been in contact with this company nearly every weekday for months and all they keep saying is tracking number, receipt and proof of address is what they need. I have sent all these hundreds of times and received emails from probably almost every person who works in the company, there have been so many, saying send again! They have no intention of returning me my money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A CON!

If you are in the US, my only critique is that you can’t really return anything. You have to pay to ship it back to China which is crazy-expensive.
The quality is good. The prices are amazing (I’m a bit concerned how they pay the people who make the items though).
It is a bit of a gamble if you’re not sure you’ll like the item.

I have been waiting on an order since October. I have been trying to contact Arealook however they only have a service e-mail that no one has responded to me on. I spent $140.00, and am so upset, I should have read reviews on Arealook before placing order! If anyone else has info on how to get in contact with them please advise.

I would really give a zero star- the material was paper thin, the shoddiest workmanship i’ve ever seen (lines didn’t even line up) and the whole company is a sham-they have stolen photos from others and tried to pass them off as their own designs. But what you get is nowhere near what they have put up on the site. Anothet issue is the return policy- first off- who doesn’t put the return address on their site and asks you to contact them to receive it? No one does that! It should be in the order information. They clearly are trying to scam people. This will be my last online order I ever make. Anywhere!
