the overall platform is okay

the overall platform is okay, but service at times are very slow and can take up to 30-50 hours which is not normal for a small thing like a redeem code. Other than that my previous top ups in and other purchases were fair.

Okay

i mean it's okay and it got the job done but the delivery time is a bit too much, also there aren't a lot of options, like No EU options, No NA options. Also, I texted them on WhatsApp no one replied till today, But the vp prices were low compared to others so it was a good thing. So, I would say the service was a solid 8/10
