Very quick and efficient

Very easy process and quick turn around. Our motor mover was not working. Booked repair online. Posted controller and remote to be repaired on Thursday 11th July. Received repaired item and new controller back on Tuesday 15th July. Excellent service.

If there where more than 5stars you would get them! Sent off Motor mover control and receiver box on Monday to A&R /Premier Tech Services Ltd as no longer functional. Received it back today(Wednesday).
Well packaged, fitted and now working like a dream. Can't thankyou enough. Will definitely use and recommend again. Thanks once again. Best regards Peter

We have a Carver gas water heater in our Motorhome which had stopped working. After some reviewing on the internet I found this company and thought let’s give them a try. Oh my gosh! So glad I did! Amazing service! My gas module was delivered to them on Monday and was fixed, tested and dispatched back to me the same day! How’s that for a quick turnaround! We now have hot water again. Thank you and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

On the brink of scrapping caravan motor mover when I stumbled across A & R electronics. Amicable guys with good amount of experience, I realise an intermittent fault is a difficult fix but these guys sorted it out and they are fairly close to me which saves agro of posting. Up and running. Thanks.

Sent them a PowrTouch classic PCB, repaired and sent back to me in 48 hours.

Sent a faulty Reich motor mover control board to A&R on a Monday using Parcel force 24hr service. They diagnosed and fixed the problem and dispatched it to me using Parcel force 24hr service next day, Tuesday. I received it back Wednesday morning 11am. Fitted it back into caravan and working perfectly by 11:30am.

Having spoken to Jan I sent in a Power touch control unit and controller for repair. Excellent service received the items back less than 48 hours after they arrived for repair.

We lost our motor mover control and it was going to cost over £200 for an original replacement. We bought the universal one, followed instructions and it connected straight away and works perfectly. Quick delivery, easy to follow instructions and overall 5 stars.

Fantastic service having trouble with my carver gas water heater in my old auto sleeper legend sent it off. They received it on Monday and it’s back to me on Friday all repaired put it in the van tested it fantastic all working fine great service so glad that I found them.
