They are scam platform!!!! They ripped me off until I moved to ethosdebureau that helped to Re couped all my losses

thay are sharlatens and frudsters i had a basic plan thare the free one i registerd about 3 or 5 days ago and the site suddernay goes buybuy arfter the 2day

BIG SCAM !!!, DO NOT INVEST THESE ARE FRAUDSTERS

I took out two mining packages on the 12th October. These were labeled "BASIC" and "ECONOMY" respectively, with the first costing around $356 and the second, costing $770 for a full mining suite for the contract term of 365 days. Yesterday, October 16th, I go to withdraw my funds for I was informed that I could withdraw any time for a small fee of 0.0003 BTC. I submitted a withdrawal request to my BTC address and was subsequently met with a confirmation email telling me my withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, about 40min later I had no notification from my wallet that the funds had arrived and thought it strange. Shortly after I received a narky email from AreMining telling me my withdrawal was cancelled by the platform due to "unpaid bills"! I got the shock of my life as it was my birthday and I was looking forward to receiving what I thought was a geuine present to help me clear my debts and put me back into a position of financial health and stability. I couldn't understand what this ridiculous demand about "unpaid bills" was because upon taking out the yearly subscription for both mining packages, I did not receive any email or on-site notification in my account section that I owe electricity fees on top of my yearly subscriptions! Frankly, I told them, the AreMining user help desk that it very much sounded like the annual packages were a once-off payment, an all-inclusive suite since on their "Agreement" terms & conditions, it clearly states that - i.e. that your mining package upfront cost covers all maintenance costs associated with the mining operation! I tell u though, their 'help-desk' is so RUDE! They have no transparency!! They refuse to answer the questions I put to them both in the chat section and the opening an email support ticket section. I was infuriated when I was treated with contempt for simply wanting to know why they did not state clearly on the "mining pack info" page about the possibility of unexpected fees for electricity and why it was that they stated in their 'terms & conditions' associated with my purchased products that "all maintenance costs" are included in the up-front purchase price. Eventually, I got to find after alot of asking, where the info about "unpaid bills" was located on my account platform. I discovered only after much diligent searching around that it was listed in the "purchased package" section which was incidentally another subheading under "transactions". I went into that section and then had to click on a "action" button under each of my mining purchase receipts. Once clicked, I was taken to the mining package receipts and underneath each appeared an extra charge stating "pay electricity fees"! And boy were they hefty! I just about emptied my bank balance simply buying each mining package let alone being scarcely able to afford to cover these additional costs! They charged me $887 in added electricity fees for my "BASIC" suite and a whopping $2557 for my "ECONOMY" suite!!! 🤯 YIKES!!! I literally cannot afford to pay them anymore money! And they have stopped my mining suite from working telling me that I cannot withdraw or continue the operations of my purchased suites until I pay these unexpected electricity fees!!! Is there any way I can get my money back? I would like them to be forced by an overarching legal authority to return my money, to cancel my subscriptions and return my upfront payment. This dodgy lot were also very refusing to answer my questions when I asked them why don't they provide download access to their app via Google Play Store, which I thought was a tell-tale sign something was a bit sus about them. Any legit company usually provides subscribers the opportunity to download their app associated with their customer account structure from Google Play or IOS Store. AreMining refuse to acknowledge queries about this. TERRIBLE! These people MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE UNDER THE LAW OF FINANCIAL TRADING.

Please save yourself. I promise you, please stay the f away from that site. The customer service is just bots replying back. You are guaranteed to lose. You can start with the newbie $15, you will end up make $35 but they charge a 30 fee to withdraw and only can purchase the newbie once so you automatically lost 10 they going to require you to purchase the higher rig and that’s were they will f you over the most, they don’t have no heart at all. Please save yourself fellow friends that’s trying to make some extra money. They will eventually lock your account.. so mad 😡 right now.. where’s the -5 star button

This site is just a complete SCAM!! They are advertising it on google and should be taken down asap. Lost $800 with them.
I'm now on HashMirage and they are a solid platform, they pay instantly without any delays and customer support is super friendly and professional.

It’s a freaking scam site. Nobody should trust those people. They charge freaking electricity fees, blah blah after you purchase a mining plan then you can withdraw your money. That site should be taken down.
