I ordered a slingshot for my son’s birthday. It arrived on time, but unfortunately broke the first time we used it. However, I was easily able to contact the company and they sent another one right away that works much better. I really appreciated their kind and responsive customer service.
Above and beyond customer service. I ordered two different models of the replaceable razor blade knifes. They are absolutely built to last, light weight titanium. Worth every penny! I use these multiple times every single day.

Quality products & Quality support.
I purchased the Balisong utility knife and was very surprised by the high quality. I have seen much worse knife with much higher price tags.
I very quickly stretched out the spring for the latch but this was my fault as I was mindlessly fidgeting with it and bent it too far.
I purchased a replacement hardware kit and requested additional springs. Not only was this request granted at no additional charge, I was also provided with an informational YouTube video and advice on how to take apart the knife. All within the hour that I placed the order for the kit. Amazing. Because of this I was able to take apart the knife without much of a headache as soon as the parts arrived.

I came across Arena Accessories after I was mailed a $35 butterfly knife from another "similar" website that can't be described without using words like atrocious, cheap, flimsy, overpriced, man it was awful. I refunded that one, then thought eh one more shot and ordered one of Arena's beginner grippy balisongs and wow! This product is perfect and a total pleasure to swing around with the trainer blade or live blade (comes with both!). I'm super impressed with Arena's unmatched customer service, product quality, product knowledge, and shipping (free shipping? you f'ing kidding me whoa!). About a week after the balisong I ordered an OTF knife which is also amazing, crazy fun and built sturdy. I will be a consistent customer of this website, and if you like well made quality knives at an affordable price you should check them out. Don't be like me, don't gamble with other sites, trust me it's better in the Arena!

When we actually exceed our customer's expectations, then we know we did what we aimed to do. It is always better to give everything you do in life your "all", otherwise don't do it at all. It's a shame when some other companies don't even check the quality of their knives prior to shipment, as we always do.
This really is a good company. The customer service, is great. Friendly, honest, and genuine. My experience has been terrific. I would recommend fo sure.

ordered a high quality knife on their site last week and with everything going on in the news, i was pleasantly surprised to have received my package just 2 days later! on top of that my knife was precisely sharp and beautifully made, it’s shiny and even comes in a little bag to store it. add in that they’re a mom and pop and you can’t go wrong, their attention to detail and customer care is out of this world.
