Since joining in September 2025 and settled with the year plan, worst decision ever! LIVE DSV channels only worked for a month, still not working, series almost never working! Excuse always, busy with maintenance!! When it works and goes down, you loose everything. And need to remember which episode and season you were watching! Since the 15th I can only watch movies, no live tv nor series. And after communication still no level of feedback!!

I started with tre month subscription and I get fast response, I found all the channels I need no lagging, all movies new and old. As a customer I can’t ask for more, I’m very happy with this and I have extended for a year subscription. The service is fast.

Occationally in life you come across a little gem where you feel that you have gotten great service at a great price. This is one. Fantastic app and more importantly, brilliant backup and support.

I’ve been using different providers for the past few years and came across Areotv recently.

The experience has been amazing so far. The team is fast in assisting with any issues and the service works really well. There have been times where the service has stopped working and I’ve needed to contact the team to get help urgently. They usually get back to you within one hour if not quicker which is great customer service. I would rate 5 stars if it wasn’t for some issues I’ve had.

I would highly recommend using their services and providing their customer service levels do not drop I will probably renew my packages with them.

I experience a problem with my IPTV and contacted the service provider via WhatsApp , they are great and super quick and attentive support . I am with AreoTv now for 5 months and took out a year subscription and happy with their services. Keep it up AreoTv

I had issues watching IPTV on my TV and also the player was giving me an issue. I was on the brink of returning my TV to the shop and I was assisted by support and got everything working again. WOW what an excellent job and support made sure I am back on line again before leaving me on my own. Truly very happy with the after sales service and communication
