Took a long time to receive the new FFP2 masks due to the complicated registration process. This was well explained by customer service to me. I received my masks last week and I love them. In Germany, we need to wear medical masks or FFP2 masks and I hate that I usually have to throw them out. Finally I have a great reusable mask in hand that is long lasting. Size L fits me very well, I can breathe easily and the mask is really light. So, overall, it was a long wait but it was totally worth it! Well done.

Unlike many others, I received my mask fairly quickly...within a week of ordering it. While the materials of the mask seems to be high quality, the design is horrible. I've purchased many masks from various providers and this is one the most ill fitting one I have. I ordered the size they suggested, according to their sizing chart. The mask has way too many gaps around the nose to be of any help. The straps around the ears have buckles for adjustment, but they don't hold...the straps slip right back to where they were before you made an adjustment. And the filter...makes no sense. The filter secures into place on the back side of the mask...at the top and on the left and right, but nothing on the bottom. When you breathe, the filter material crowds your nostrils, making it difficult to breathe. And the valve...useless...it does nothing.
What a complete waste of money on this mask. I had read a review in a prominent magazine, showcasing the best masks available, and this was in the top 3. Now I wish I could remember which magazine it was...they'd be hearing from me. This mask is TERRIBLE.

Don't give this company any of your time or money, it won't be worth it. I don't usually bother to write reviews but dealing with är was such a terrible experience that I feel I need to warn any prospective customers. Experience as follows:
June 17: Placed a pre-order and payment taken for an item with estimated delivery by the end of June.
End of June: No further communication, no item received.
July 14: 1 month after order, 2 weeks after supposed delivery. Received email from är saying my order had been disrupted by the pandemic, and they'd be in touch again.
August 14: 2 months after order, 1.5 months after supposed delivery. Still no communication, still no delivery. I emailed them asking for an updated shipping time, they responded days later saying that my order was in manufacturing and more information would be available soon.
September 14: 3 months after order, 2.5 months after supposed delivery. STILL no communication, STILL no delivery. After complete silence from är for a whole month, no idea where my order might be, and seeing that nowhere on their website is there any acknowledgement of delays, I began to doubt I would ever receive my order. I filed a dispute with PayPal, requesting a refund due to non-delivery.
September 20: Nearly a week after I filed the dispute with PayPal, är had not responded to it. A PayPal dispute is a serious matter, so I can only assume they were ignoring me. I escalated the dispute to a formal claim, and PayPal pushed är for action.
September 30: A week and a half after escalating to a claim. On the final day of är's window to respond to the claim, at literally the last minute, they email to say my order is cancelled and I'll be refunded.
To summarise: ordered in June, no product as of nearly October. Seller only communicates order status in the vaguest possible way, ignores formal complaints from PayPal until the last minute. Had to escalate to a PayPal claim just to eventually get my money back for an order I genuinely believe doesn't exist and I was never going to receive. Pandemic delays are one thing, but taking money and then stringing a buyer along for over three months while ignoring their communication is another.

AR do not honor normal return/refund practices typical within the retail industry when customers complain about these defective products. Trust Pilot is full of complaints about these masks - buyer beware!
Should have read the reviews before what a waste of my money total scam company. Once you send the money they will not send the product or reply the emails. Do not trust what they say about their masks you cannot trust this company, stay away from them at all costs, look at reviews and see what others have said about them!!
Don’t be put off by the bad reviews, I was and I lost out in getting a Medium in the mask I wanted. I chose a Large hoping it would be okay but was too big for my husband. I just now ordered a Medium in a different style. I was surprised to how quickly I received my order as I only placed it two days ago. I live in the UK and I’m so impressed the time it took. The Mask is great quality and would definitely recommend purchasing from this company.
If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I naively read reviews in hello magazine as I was looking for a decent washable face mask. I ordered a few cost about £50 supposedly available in July. Had an email saying this was preorder only and they won’t be shipped until June. I wrote back saying it was now July and when will they send them. Got a reply saying unfortunately they await approval for certification which is delayed due to covid.
Could this be a complete con? I asked for my money back as I didn’t order uncertified masks, I ordered FFP2 washable masks which was what they said they were.
Don’t waste your money, I bet I don’t get it back. I will ask the bank to reclaim it but don’t hold out much hope.
Ordered face masks 30th June following reviews in the hello magazine, have not been delivered have tried to cancel requesting refund but but emails are bounced back undeliverable, should have looked at the reviews first

Order placed 22/4/21, seller advised there would be a delay but nearly 3 months later and I still haven't received goods. Seller no longer replies to emails. Claim now lodged with paypal. (I am in UK).

as others masks don't fit bought 4 different sizes for our family none fit despite lots of effort doesn't fit big gaps so no protection customer service dont reply. avoid waste of money
Purchased 2 masks following the sizing guide on the product page strictly, however mine runs too small and comess off my nose the minute I start talking. Wrote about this to the customer service and they said they accept no returns but gave me a %30 discount code towards future purchases. The next day maskes went on %50 discount on their web page. I posted a negative review to their reviews page but they never published it. I think they only publish 4/5 star reviews on the item page.
We just received our masks for a trip coming up and so far, none of the sizes fit. The masks are completely open and floppy around the nose, cheeks, and chin - gaping across all edges of the face. I think these would be unable to provide protection with this type of fit and design. The ear loop is very hard to adjust and quite painful / uncomfortable even after 2 minutes of having this one. How would one wear this comfortably for a longer time period. I am so completely disappointed. I don't trust these masks to do their job at all.
