Thank you for your rating. We have investigated your case. We noticed that your order is placed on Aug 28 which was the day we closed due to Convention. Normally we ship all orders out within 3 business days but we have made an announcement on our website and major social media of closing the business for that week as our team was totally exhausted after convention and store also needs to be tidied up for our normal operation to resume. You order unfortunately fell onto this inconvenience timing. Our apologies to that.
This is our first year of attending conventions with our small team and arrangement is not perfect. Rest assured this is a not our normal turnaround time and we have been consistently fulfilling our customers’ expectation on dispatch time and shipping quality over the years. We hope you will place confidence on us going forward.
