The business model is highly misleading and feels like a rip-off.
ARGETRA sells a paid “exclusive” foreclosure auction catalog, but in reality it merely repackages information that is freely available on official public platforms. The promised exclusivity and added value simply do not exist from a customer’s perspective.
Attempts to clarify this with customer service were unsuccessful. Instead of addressing the core issue — that the product does not match the expectations created before purchase — the company relies on formal arguments and lengthy explanations that do not change the actual value of the service.

In summary:

No real exclusivity

No meaningful added value

Public data repackaged and sold at a high price

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider and would strongly advise potential customers to check the official free platforms first before spending any money here.

They lie to you. They tell you that you have access to additional information that only they have but all the information is already available in the respective websites of each jurisdiction or in the ZVG portal, FOR FREE! Furthermore, although you sign up for a 3 months contract, they keep charging you after that.

Thieves and liars!! 264 Euro subscription that you cannot cancel in 14 days!!! If you don't want to pay they threaten you with lawyers!!!
Criminals!!! Stay away!!!!

Be aware that you are contracting a subscription service that needs to be cancelled 6 weeks in advance like an utility bill (water/electricity/gas).
When I joined, was told over the phone that it was just a one time payment. I have asked explicitly that, and I was incorrectly informed over the phone. I had to pay another 120 euros.
