Had a slight issue with my grandsons new dirt bike i phoned Aria and they dispatched a new carb free of charge the same day.

firstly i would like to thank you again for your help today, this company is amazing nothing is to much trouble. i found myself in a situation where my sons birthday present wasnt going to arrive until 3 weeks after his birthday total panic as his birthday is two days away. thankfully i found aria bikes message sent phone call back within minutes guy on phone was more than helpful explained my situation his responce was dont worry we get this sorted. talked about bike i was after he then talked about extras i needed safty gear ect within ten minutes i had everything i needed. added bonus all came to a amazing price as he gave disscount on the extras. invoice sent by email link to paypay within half hour comfimation of my order,tracking number all sent out on next day delivery panic over amazing company just wish id found you first but i know where to go when my boy needs a bigger bike thanks again

From before buying to after delivery the owner Liam was very helpful and patient.

Recently bought a 125cc pit bike for my 11 year old son. I hadn’t realised it required some building which was something I was daunted by initially, however found it was very easy to put together and only very basic skills required.
Liam has been very responsive to a wealth of messages from me and also a call to offer some advice when I failed to start it initially, his advice solved the issue immediately.

Bought the mxb 125 pit bike for Xmas. What a great entry level bike for my 12 yr old boy to learn to ride. It arrived promptly after purchase, whilst I was unpacking it i noticed the clutch lever was broken. Made a call to the boys and had a replacement within 2 days. The after service is brilliant. Would highly recommend the bike to anyone wanting a cheap,reliable entry level bike to learn how to ride and change gears on.

I have 3 bikes from these now between me and 3 of my friends they got there 2 bikes 6 months ago and seeing the quality iv purchased the ccx150 big wheel base I’m 6 foot 2 and 17 stone this bike pulls and goes like the clappers these are by far the best off-road bikes great service and a very competitive price the quality is much better than most the Chinese imports around after 6 months my friends have all had no problems. Very good customer service and great quality bikes

Tried other shops first and I was glad I found them. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable about all the questions I asked. They went out of their way above and beyond. I will be buying again from them highly recommend.

I have been chasing for months for a refund on a missing bike. It was signed for but not at my home. I have spoken to ParcelForce who have advised that Aria Bikes have failed to open an investigation for this. The bike was for my sons birthday (beginning of November). I had to pay for a second bike to be sent and I am still waiting for a refund of the first. After sales has not been acceptable. They have said the parcel was delivered, this is absolutely untrue. I have CCTV that will show that the parcel was not delivered to my address and that the driver did not return on the said date to ask the whereabouts of the parcel. I accept that a missing parcel is not the vendors fault. However, it is their responsibility to open a claim with the delivery provider which they have failed to do within the appropriate timeframe. Sadly, I have had to chase this many times and have been told that by Liam that he will call me back. Due to this I will now seek costs via litigation.

Great shop. Great service. I bought 2 bikes at the same time, 1 had a starting issue. However the after service was top draw. Fixed the fault in no time and gave the bike a full going over while they had it. The bikes are great for the money. I highly recommend this guys.

Bought a new mini quad from aria bikes for a great price , had an issue with the filter so took it back , and the guys had it sorted in no time. Very satisfied with product and service .

Excellent customer service, bought our lad a little 50cc bike from them and the customer support has been absolutely amazing. Parts are in stock and the lads offer advice on parts, fitting them over the phone, on messages or face to face. Thanks you guys, you made my lads Christmas the best!
