A birthday gift (tote bag) was sent…

A birthday gift (tote bag) was sent back after speaking to Olivia, letting her know it was not wanted and a refund would be preferable. Olivia came back via email and couldn't do enough to solve the problem. We agreed to send the item back to the supplied address. Evri was the chosen courier. As soon as the tracking was sent to Oliver to confirm shipment, i had a reply saying they were going to process the refund straight away. It takes a few days to appear in your bank, I have no doubt that this will take place. So I can only give a five star for this company.

Smart, Affordable, and Insightful

Ariadne gives us powerful insights into client flow, dwell time, and caption rate from the street — all with clean data thanks to staff exclusion via GSM. It works just as well in small stores. We’re now planning a broader rollout. Highly recommended.

Honest Team, Powerful Tech — Ariadne Helped Us Understand Customer Movement & Behavior

We’ve been working with Ariadne to explore people tracking and customer trajectory insights inside our groceries retail store - and it has been an eye-opening journey.

Their technology is solid: accurate mobile phone location tracking and intuitive dashboards that helped us visualize footfall patterns, dwell times, and store flow. But what truly sets Ariadne apart is not just the tech — it’s the people behind it. Just finished a call with them...

From the very first conversation, Ariadne’s sales team wasn’t pushy; they were consultative and genuinely interested in solving our problems. They took time to understand our operational landscape (we operate in Botswana) and helped us discover use cases we hadn’t considered before — including identifying shifts in customer behavior and adjusting our in-store strategies accordingly.

Equally impressive was their customer success team. They worked side-by-side with us post-sale, helping us extract real value from the data, not just running dashboards. Their insights helped us develop targeted responses — from store layout changes to staff deployment improvements. They also are eager to train our teams (and we do have a reasonable amount of staff turnover).

Ariadne's transparency, responsiveness, and drive to help us succeed are rare qualities. Their tech is great — but their honesty and commitment to partnership make them outstanding.

Productive and Insightful Dashboard Review Session

The interface is simple to use, the data is accurate, and the support team is quick!

Accurate Data and perfect People Counting !!!

I have used Ariadne's technology to count people who visit my store and also the competitiors store
It was quite suprising that I found many people visit both the stores and with this technology I could target those audience and convert them easily

Very poor customer service

During my attempt to utilize their product for Tomography, I encountered a significant issue regarding the absence of a trial option. Subsequently, I received an email from the CEO himself, who reached out to me regarding the matter. However, I was quite taken aback when the CEO requested access to my dataset, as it seemed to disregard proper privacy policies. This raised concerns for me, as it appeared that they may have a tendency to access client datasets without adhering to the necessary EU privacy regulations.

When I decided to address the privacy concern with the CEO, their response was highly disappointing. Not only did they fail to provide satisfactory reassurance, but their reply also displayed an unfortunate level of negativity, bordering on what could be perceived as rac*sm.

I am not happy with Ariadne

I am not happy with Ariadne. Leadership team is immature. There are no processes. Everything is unorganised. None of the current team has notable experience if I exclude some of the engineers. They have set some really funny targets for the next year. The worst thing is that the environment is very toxic. I ve noticed that a couple of sales guys can be ruthless for preventing you succeed with clients. People fight all the time. People talk about other people all the time. This is the worst environment to work at.
