DO NOT ENGAGE THEIR SERVICE!!!
Unreliable and irresponsible. They kept postponing the drycleaning installation. When a date was finally made, they were more than an hour late citing lack of manpower. I cleared my schedule just to be at the premise for the installation, but because they were so late, i had to leave for my appointment and reschedule yet another time. Note that payment has been fully paid. Honestly, poor customer service an experience!

Worst experience dealing with any professional company/ agency in Singapore!
They take upfront payment and after that very half hearted cleaning. We had to clean everything by ourselves afterwards and just feel cheater of the money.
After that, 4 days of trying to get in touch with company and after sales customer service, no reply.
Then when finally reply and agree to visit for touch up, they are very rude and defensive and hesitant.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, ENERGY on this company.

BEWARE OF FRAUDSTER AND RUDE CLEANING COMPANY WHO DID NOT FINISH THE CLEANING DUTIES

They have accepted our advance full payment in exchange for deep cleaning post renovation.

When they arrived, they rejected to clean on the reason that it was cluttered without first calling the customer and refund. When I called them, the customer service staff was condescending and rude and told me off.

When I insisted that they fulfilled their end of contact to carry out the service which they have accepted payment in full, they threatened to return only if the cleaning warranty were to be forfeited.

And instead of carrying the full 4 hours cleaning, they cheated and short-charge us by only carrying 2 hours of cleaning.

BEWARE AND AVOID ENGAGING THE SERVICE OF THIS CLEANING COMPANY AT ALL COST

Extremely lousy. The return service team came with 5 pax n they can’t even clean an oven! Response was also terrible..

They cleaned my house in Aug. The next day, when I wiped my floor just with water, soap started to show. Turns out they didnt mop away the detergent properly. Goodness

the cleaning is very fantastic , and it is very reliable.

Cleaning was great and everything went well for me. Im not sure why there is bad reviews about them.. they were very thorough on cleaning my post reno 5rm HDB. good job guys..

Disastrous experience!
Cleaning was really poor, and we had to pay another service to redo the cleaning. When trying to reach out to them to get some explanation about why they haven't provided the service we paid for, they never replied. Tried to reach out multiple times, but as they got the money already they just never replied - despite receiving and reading the messages.

Have engaged them for a deep cleaning service for my condo unit .
There was 4 pax in total which all done a good & efficient job but I would like to specially thanks to - Jufri & Lela as both of them really do a great job , end of day my unit is spotless and clean from super oily , dirty & messy 👍🏻

Really bad experience.
Not on time. Want to reschedule
Cleaning was not complete.
Cupboard has 4 shelves, only 2 cleaned
Blinds half cleaned. Can literally still see dust.
Not all ceiling fans cleaned
Window handles not cleaned
Stove and hood not cleaned
Can still see cobwebs at my bed
List goes on.
After giving feedback, company also never offered to come back to clean.
After making them come back, they tell us they will be late for appointment only after we asked them how come didn't arrive at appointed time, and they asked to reschedule again.

Was willing to let it pass if they came back to clean, but not turning up for the touch up appointment without informing us was the last straw.

Would give zero stars if I could.

One of the best and efficient cleaning services. Hired they services to help me out with the clean up from a renovation few days back. They were able to perform the job well and I was very please with the results. I highly recommend their services to everyone. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.

Cleaners were professional and exceptionally hardworking. They took pride in their work, and did not stop until everything was spotless. I am very pleased with their work and will recommend them to anyone looking for end-of-lease cleaning.

They did great for my move-out cleaning and I got my deposit back and trust me, my landlord is really demanding. Even though there were hiccups due to their shortage of manpower as 2 of their workers were down with Covid, but they were efficient in arranging a new date immediately (2 days after my initial booking date) for my cleaning and able to prioritize my booking just to meet my dateline to handover the unit to my landlord. Overall im satisfied and thank you Arising!

Booked a cleaning for my post renovation works and all i can say they are really efficient and it was greatly done. I had a major renovation for my whole unit and they managed to clean all of the thick renovation dust particles. The supervisor that did the check before and after cleaning were very accommodating to my requests as well. Though i know they had some bad reviews but no doubt, its their genuinity that made me to give them a shot while enquiring. Trust me, i bombed them tons of questions beforehand just to assure myself before engaging. And all i got is great outcome for the service!

Fast and responsive replies. Did the job perfectly. Had doubts at first due to trust pilots reviews on them but was told by lisa that they were from nosy customers after engaging their service they did their job with the upmost professionality. Thanks u lisa and team. Cheers! 🥂

Extremely unprofessional and very bad service . Do not engage them for any kind of deep cleaning service . I regret spending my money . Totally worthless . Did not do degreasing of kitchen stove and oven , no chemical wash of toilet and bathroom , no team coordination , no worker supervision. It’s better to have part time help engaged rather to give for their service . I feel cheated of my money . Total thumbs down .

This company doesn’t bother responding with a quote after I answered their query on size of apartment to be cleaned. Three weeks have passed, no reply at all, they must be very busy.
