Pinar at Ariston HQ in Italy expedited our second warranty repair. Friendly and communicative call. BoilertechSW effected the repairs/replacements efficiently fitting around holiday dates/Xmas for mutual convenience.

I attended a breakdown as an engineer on a ariston water heater, I was struggling to diagnose the issue until I spoke to ariston technical which sent me full blown up photos and explained to me some issues. I soon found the issue and had the heater up and running again.

I spent more than a week to phone the company to information on their agent in my area with telephone rings and cut off. Also used their chat and gave me the wrong information. Eventually when I spoken to customer service they told me they do have an agent in big city like mine. So Ariston E-combi Evo not working properly and Ariston not helping in the repair or give specific to somebody whom has experience in Ariston boiler. Very bad service .

Bought Genus One 2021 , previous boiler 17 years never failed a day. Was advised to purchase Ariston. 7 breakdowns, Various parts failing, weeks without heating or hot water, wifi cube no under warranty, Most call outs are 2/3 days and subject to parts. Complained numerous times. Can not fault the sub contractor company that has come out on numerous occasions always fix the issue and are very professional. Personally would not touch an Ariston product again, Poor customer service , unreliable boiler and when you have a new born in the house its very frustrating to wait from
Friday until
Wednesday with no heating or hot water. Made the mistake of moving loyalties from Worcester Boiler to Ariston for Wifi functionality that does not work

Your engineer didn't tell me what you have wrote in your reply
Your engineer told me that heat exchanger plate is faulty and that's what needs changing which had been replaced by your engineer not long ago when they made a total blunder of the repair changing the wrong parts so obviously they have not done the repair properly previously and now trying to shif the blame as a matter of fact it was the same engineer who attended before took various parts apart and then left the boiler like that for days and then another engineer came and ordered new parts and said the previous engineer did not know what he was doing
You need to investigate this because clearly your engineer is not doing his job properly
Just to clarify you can check your records this part was replaced in April 2025 which I was told by your engineer is the issue currently so the part has not even lasted a year

Not good!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - the water heater has never worked, faulty twice within 12 months. Customer service rude, completely unhelpful, not even willing to check the issue and see if there is a resolution. Disgusted by the service and the products do not work.

Telephoned Ariston to report a fault with my boiler under warranty. They failed to send the job request to to engineer or send me a confirmation e-mail as requested. This is the third boiler failure I have had in 3 months. I would not recommend an Ariston boiler
