Andrew was beyond helpful and understanding....he made sure I recieved my calls ( As my phone had crap reception) he kept on checking to ensure I understood my documentation. Reassurance was something Andrew never fell short of. Even after completing he informed me that I can contact him anytime should I have any questions or concerns. Andrew is an assest to this company and any customers that he deals with will not be dissapointed in his outstanding customer services.

Within the last couple of days I have been in contact with Andrew after what felt like a never ending amount of debt that I was in. Andrew kindly took the time to look at my situation and advised me of something called an IVA which I never heard of before our contact. After looking into it and agreeing that this was the best option I am debt free and I finally feel like I have room to breathe and it is a complete weight lifted off my shoulders.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Andrew enough and I definitely couldn’t thank him enough!

Had the pleasure of working with Fraser who made an extremely stressful situation seem less so and was very patient when explaining the options and processes. You would do well to find anybody better than Aristotle and Fraser in particular.

I couldn’t recommend more to anyone struggling with debt and managing their finances. Kevin assisted me and was absolutely fantastic!! He was easy to contact whenever I needed, explained the process and any complexities very well and was completely judgement free. Absolutely fantastic customer service from everyone . I first spoke to Stuart and he is kind manner made me feel at ease and comfortable . I never felt judged . I wish I had phone ages ago . I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders .

I got in contact to try and sort my debts all into one payment, to try and find the best route to do this as I had no idea what I was doing. Gary was really helpful and supportive in getting this sorted for me, he has been amazing since the start and without his kind words and respect I wouldn’t have been able to get the resolution I’d wanted.
