Ark Pushchairs 

Do not buy this pushchair.

We have had this travel system for 3 years and it has significantly broken on us twice. The frame first snapped at the front two wheels whilst my young toddler was in it. Ark replaced the frame, which I appreciate, especially as it was 1 month out of warranty. However the new frame has also broken, again on the frame, at a hinge. I have not contacted Ark about this second issue as I don’t feel this is safe to use and do not want a replacement even if offered.

Furthermore, I have been constantly disappointed this with system. It is not light, nor compact, as very little else can go in the boot of the car once this is in. The wheels easily jam (like a worn out shopping trolley) and the Ventilation panels (fastened with magnets) don’t hold in place. You need so many extras e.g. carrycot Mattress Protector, because what baby isn’t sick or have a nappy leak! And all at unreasonably high prices.

If you are reading this review, well done for researching, I wish we had as maybe we would have avoided buying this product.

I loved the size of the pushchair as it was perfect for our small car; however, in reality, it is an overpriced piece of plastic. It is smaller in size than the standard pushchair which mean our baby will outgrow it soon. Also, the front wheels aren't controlled by the brakes which means it moves or rolls down hills or on slope when brakes applied. Finally the customer service is horrendous.

We have had our Ark pram for 14 months now, and still absolutely love it.
We’ve just added the additional cosy toes, as our daughter is in the seat option this autumn/ winter. I started with a universal type one, and it just wasn’t working for us. Now we have the proper item, I wish I’d bought it months ago.
It’s super super snuggly. Zips on both side, making it much easier to access. There’s a toggle at the top, that you can pull (especially whilst baby is asleep) and it gives them a proper sleeping bag affect. It’s cleverly thought out to have poppers on the outside, meaning when we go into a cafe of somewhere warm, I can simply unzip half way on each side, and connect flat to the poppers.
I’m going to check out more of the accessories now!

We've found the Ark so easy to use! It feels a lot more lightweight and compact than other pushchairs we looked at. It's also really easy to fold and has lots of clever little features like the thermometer in the carry cot. The quality of all the fabrics feels great too.

One thing we noticed is that you can't open the bumper when using the seat in parent facing mode and fully reclined, but that's a small issue! Overall would highly recommend.

We absolutely love our Ark pushchair! It's so lightweight and easy to use and everybody comments on just how great it looks. For the first 4 months with my little one we had to use the carrycot for overnight sleeping and it was so handy. Would definitely recommend!

The quality is substandard. This pushchair broke after only a few months of use with new baby. The wheels are weak and broke off from the chassis while in use with our baby on board. In my view it is a health and safety concern and not fit for purpose.

Brilliant product and excellent customer services.

We love our Arc pram/pushchair - Mummy finds the thermometer really useful to help her gage how snug I am. Particularly this time of year when the weather is so changeable! The plastic bottom is brilliant too - it just makes loading the car so much easier as it can be put down anywhere.
I find it a lovely comfortable ride with enough room to stretch & wiggle, but cosy enough to feel secure. I have even "camped" in it overnight and slept as soundly as if at home.

We bought the ark travel system from John Lewis as a bit of a punt as a newcomer to the market. Our baby is 2months old and so have been using it for this amount of time.

If you are looking for a lightweight pram that folds compactly and easily then this pram is fantastic. It really does fold one handed and fits into a smaller boot of a car. The carry cot also compacts too. The pram also turns and moves around fantastically with a slick feel for changing directions and moving around.

We did have a few issues and ark were very responsive to this. No question or query we too much trouble for them

Some things I would note are:
-The mattress is not waterproof and the travel system does not come with a waterproof cover
-whilst it does give a smooth ride on straight forward services, it is very much an urban pram.

I found shopping for a new pushchair really overwhelming. As a new mum of two, I struggled to figure out what’s best for both boys on our adventures and travels, something suitable for them and will grow with them.
I finally went with the ark travel system and I LOVE it! It has so many fab features, some of my favourites are:
*The colour! I chose the mustard colour and it’s gorgeous.
*The seat can switch from parent facing to world facing. This is especially useful at my youngest’s age (8 months) as I still like to see him, but I love that when he’s bigger he has the option to face the world too.
*The handlebar is adjustable - super comfortable for both my husband and I as we share pushing and he’s taller than me!
*A large basket - which also has pockets and zip pockets, including a hidden & removable one which is handy for wet clothes etc.
*the front wheels swivel which makes the pushchair glide, but they also have the option to lock for easier pushing on rough terrains.
*A magnetic “peep hole” - you can appreciate the magnets on this when you’ve woken a sleeping child numerous times by trying to peek through a Velcro flap!!
*Adjustable hood - gives SO much shade in the pushchair, no need for an additional parasol etc
*5-point harness - very safe and secure and has cushioned pads for the shoulder straps too.
*safety bar - extra safe, great for attaching toys, looks cute!
*the gorgeous logo

Amazing product! So well thought out. Definitely a must buy!!

We have been using the bliss canopy for about a month now and we absolutely love it! It’s been put through it’s paces with extreme weather. It’s been used for day time naps, extreme 35 degrees heat , we have taken it to the beach in sand storms, caught out in the rain ! Safe to say it now lives in the bottom of our pram basket! Ready for everyday use. We love it

I have the travel system and it is amazing. It only took a few minutes to set up and looks so good. We have taken the pram through countryside and beaches, the mud resistant wheels are a win! Great company too everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been using the Ark travel system for just over a week now and I have to say I absolutely love it, even tho my little one is 22 months old she can still fit into the seat unit with room to grow. We love all the little features that come with the pram, such as the extra zip pockets in the basket and how big the basket is especially when we go on our little adventures. If your looking for a pram which is good for any city or countryside this is the pram for you.

I have been using this pram for a month now and can honestly say it has been fab. The quality is brilliant. Easy to set up, amazing little features that I haven’t seen on any other pram. The basket at the bottom is huge and even has little zip pockets which I love! It feels smooth to push and the height it can be adjusted to is perfect for us being a tall family. Definitely recommend.

Grab and go is a must have.
I was suprised at how neat the bag was yet the amount you can get inside is unbelievable. There is a changing mat underneat very well padded, area at the front of the bag for your baby wipes. Inside i was abke to fit nappies, dummies, nappy sacks, bottle and creams still leaving me with plenty of room. No need for a big bulky changing bag when you have the Grab and Go.

The bliss Canopy was purchased for our holiday to aid day time naps in the heat. I love how its universal from carry cot to car seat to stroller, the design has really been thought about with mesh to aid its breathability and view holes so you can see your child without having to take on and off regularly, even tho it's super easy to get on.

Communications from the company was great too!

Highly recommend the product and the service

I absolutely love the Ark Bliss Canopy. So easy to fit and use, looks great all while protecting the little ones. It's a great way to keep the heat out of the pram on a hot day and it a great way to protect babies from the sun's harmful rays, anyone looking for a bit more protection I would highly recommend this product! Its amazing.

This puschair has an attractive design, spacious storage basket and most importantly a smooth ride.

The seat is nicely padded as are the chest pads allowing my daughter to be nice and comfortable when out and about.

The seat is positioned high which I personally love allowing easy access to the basket.

The hood on the pushchair is really impressive and provides fabulous coverage from the sun.

The frame is extremely sturdy but lightweight enough for easy manoeuvring.

We do lots of off-roading in the countryside and the pushchair handles different terrain just fine.

The pushchair is made really well and I highly recommend.
