Finally my Ccj has been set a side, ARK is a great company to deal with
Finally my Ccj has been set a side, it was a bit of a process due to the courts but every single time I messaged REZA from ARK CMCS he always messaged me back straight away or even called me an discussed an sorted out the problem, after my first payment to ARK they have not asked me for a single penny afterwards even tho they have helped me constantly through the process of getting my Ccj removed.
I can’t thank or recommend this company enough, 10/10 service and response from REZA. Thank you for everything you have done for me

very quick and efficient process, ARK deal with everything and get the judgement set aside with ease, payments are then made to the court and from what I can tell that's it. Done

I hire ARK to help me remove my CCJ and I cannot recommend them enough. They were so helpful and helped me all the way and I was able to remove it my CCJ in two months time. They are excellent! Definitely recommend!

CCJ default judgement - Set a side
Quick and prompt in responses. Helped with preparing witness statment for N244 application. I have been told chances were 50 50 and glad the outcome was set a side. Basically I was not in UK when the CCJ default judement came through and have no opportunity to settle the matter within 30 day grace period. If that would your case please go ahead and apply. Finally relieved from the claim and many thanks to ARKCMS for guidance and support.

Can not fault the service I recieved
Can not fault the service I recieved. I had a CCJ against me from a parking ticket sent to my old address. I sent Ark some evidence I wasn’t living at address and that was all I had to do my end. CCJ was removed and my credit score is great again.

Knowledgeable, helpful and efficient
I waited until confirmation that my CCJ had been removed to write this review. The team at ARK were helpful and informative from the outset and worked through the relevant documents very quickly.
The slow part of the process is with the court, however I cannot fault ARK for their advice and work.
They advised that I had a case to have my CCJ set aside, and despite the courts taking 3 months, is exactly what has now happened.

Excellent company to use
Excellent company to use. I received a CCJ from a car parking ticket (but all correspondence had been sent to the wrong address!). I was quoted around £10,000 for a solicitor so I started looking at the process of getting it set aside thinking I could do it myself. I got myself so stressed trying to do it myself and found this company on Google. I couldn’t recommend them more. They’ve been so informative and replied to my many, many questions. No hidden costs at all!
