Worst airline ever. They charge your for everything, rude workers and dirty airlines.

Once you board this plane keep in mind that your life expectation is gonna be highly reduce.. better smoke crack than this.. all the members are in extremely bad mood, all the seats are really small.. and with no smile at all you have to pay even to breathe.. never again tui never again

Last year I bought a tour from The NL to Turkey for my daughter from Arkefly website. During booking process the return flight time was shown as 22:50 hrs (I cannot remember precise time but it was late in the evening) which made me happy because my daughter could spend one more day at the beach. On the day of return suddenly at 05:00 she received a phone call from the bus driver informing her that the bus to the airport is leaving and she was not ready. She was shocked as her flight was only at 22:50, not at 05:00. She asked the bus driver to wait a bit until she clears the situation. He refused and left. I checked the booking papers and the flight time was 22:50 hrs. I checked the website of Dalaman airport and there was NO flight from Dalaman to Amsterdam at 22:50, only at 08:00 am. I tried to call Arkefly without any success. I then checked another tickets and the flight was at 08:00. So, I had 2 sets of flight tickets in my hands- one received after booking, and another- few days later with different flight time which I did not notice before. Also, there was no notification from Arkefly 24 hrs before departure about the change in flight time from 22:50 to 08:00 and there was no information about pick up time for the airport. I told my daughter to rush to the airport which was 150 km from Marmaris and she paid from her own pocket 100 eur for taxi. Later on, I contacted Arkefly and asked for reimbursement for the taxi. They responded (after 3 months) that they fly anytime they want, change the flight schedule any time they want, because they are charters, they do notify passengers about the change in flight time and it's my responsibility to check the accuracy of the flight time 24 hrs before departure and 1 full day of holiday loss- is my problem as well, because they count the nights at the resort and not the days. Informing tourists about the airport bus departure time and place is also not their responsibility. All what they care about- is to get you money, NOTHING ELSE. Disgusting company, will never use it again and do not recommend to anyone.

We were very satisfied with the flight itself and the level of in-flight service provided.
