Ordered a keyboard with value of 280$ 21.11.2020. They still haven't shipped it. Contacted them multiple times, always empty promises. They blame it on their component suppliers. No possibility for refund. Please avoid this company by all means. If anybody else is experiencing the same and also pissed of I would be interested to make a lawsuit about this.
I ordered lubed switches from arkeys and it took over 5 months to ship to my doorstep then I opened every switch I got and only one switch was lubed, then I emailed them about it and they said all switches were lubed and they checked all of them before they got shipped out, sorry if you may not feel they are lubed, I recommend you to not buy from arkeys they are a ripoff of your money.
Attention, please avoid this company. Over four months waiting time, still not in production. Excuses just vary but nothing happened. Value of keyboard 280€. No money refund possibility. Cannot trust what they say. Always delayed responses and empty promises for delivery.
