Is it a scam?

I opened an account 8 days ago on arkfi.io - added cash. My Virtual card was created in 4 days, it says redemption of card is in the email. I have searched all over. But can't find the e-mail. Have sent 3 e-mails to support but no answer. Starting to get worried that I have been scammed.

Thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry for the stress and uncertainty you experienced when the redemption email didn't arrive and support responses were delayed. We completely understand why this raised concerns about your funds and card.

Our team resolved your case: your virtual Mastercard was successfully issued with the crypto funds you deposited. The delay was caused by an unexpected system outage at our offshore banking partner (who handles card issuance), which lasted about 4 days and affected email notifications and processing for some users during that window. We apologize for the impact this had on you.

We're glad to confirm that you've activated the card and were able to spend your funds as intended. If there's anything else needed (e.g., additional support, statements, or questions about usage), please reach out directly to support@arkfi.io

Your input is valuable in helping us strengthen our processes, especially around communication during outages.
