Arkipo is a trading name of PT Global Payment Gateway, an Indonesian company (PT PMA, NIB 2412240053279) based in Denpasar, Bali. Under an agency agreement we pay suppliers abroad on behalf of our clients: you send us the invoice amount and our fee by bank transfer, and we send the payment to your supplier by SWIFT in USD, EUR or CNY. A payment usually takes 1-2 business days. How we work: - every client signs an agency agreement and passes KYB before the first payment; - the fee and the final amounts are agreed in writing before you pay; - after the transfer you receive the documents: the payment order, the MT103 or bank confirmation, the agent report and the fee invoice. We ask every client for a review after the payment is credited, not only satisfied ones, and we reply to every review publicly.
