I am very happy with my server. Amazing servers and support. I paid only $12.00. I have been with other hosts and this is by far the best I have had.

My server was setup instantly. I have never had a problem with this host. I can't believe the guy who posted a 3 star over a 1 hour wait for server to setup or 1 hour wait for a reply to a ticket. 6 other hosts I have been with none of them have replied faster than 6 hours, I actually believe this is the norm, so for ASHosting to reply in 1 hour is great but normally they reply in less than 15 minutes.

I have just read ASHosting's reply to your review (MR Kyle S) You also got a free month dude even after posting a negative review? That just shows that ASHosting is truly the best host. Shame on that customer who posted a 3 star, I am actually shocked ASHosting didn't just refund you and send you on your merry way and get hosted by one of those 6 other crappy hosts. Kudos to ASHosting for their maturity and professionalism. In future kid BE MORE PATIENT, YOU SPENT $10 and got a call from UK to USA that costs almost that amount of money. What more do you want! Unbelievable these kids.

Just so you know, no host can ever give you "Instant" - it's a word over used and standard advertising that all hosts used to describe that the order is executed instantly. The game files are always downloaded from steam servers which takes about 15 minutes, ASHosting servers being 10Gbps does this in less than 5 minutes, or at least that is what I experienced when I signed up last month.

Anyways... Rant over, more about me. I have had amazing service since day 1. I have nver lagged and always have low pings. My server is up 24/7 and I have posted tickets and received replies within 30 minutes or less (one was even 1 minute wait and even received a follow up phone call from Carl to make sure everything was perfect).

Do not let these stupid kids and their 3 stars put you off. You get 14 days refund period with no questions asked and it's been proven over and over in their discord. So buy in confidence, get your server today because I assure you these low prices are only here for a short time. They have said many times prices will go up but only for new customers only, so when that happens you lose out.

Steam problems but Host was great. Steam pushed 3 updates this month and it caused the host allot of head aches but during the whole time we were fully updated with what was going on by the host even though they have no control over steam they did what they could to help us by keeping us fully informed, They have been amazing so far and I will continue to use them.

I have hosted with 3 other hosting companies who I won't mention here as it's unfair to them but what I will say is they are no were near the level that ASHosting operates on. ASHosting are much more closer to matching their customers needs.

I have never known a host to personally call them on the telephone just to see how things are going, this happened to me and I'm only paying a mere $12.00 per month, but they appreciate me as customer and they want me to know that by asking if everything is okay and if I had anything to report or feedback I wanted to give them to help them further improve their service.

For such a low cheap price of $12 I have gotten more than enough for my money just in customer care and support alone, let alone the amazing quality server I have with them. I have never seen any lag or high pings. We had a small issue recently but it was fixed within litterly seconds of reporting it!

Much better than expected, even before I become a customer I was made to feel valued and they took on my feedback regarding their website. With these guys hosting your clan you won't be unhappy. They appriciate all feedback you give them and often times they make changes immediately if they feel the requested changes will benefit a greater number of customers.

I am not one to review many things online however I am so impressed with the attention to detail and support offered by ASHosting that I feel they deserved my extra time to write how I felt about using their service.

If I could give 100 Stars I would. This host is simply the best host I have ever used out of roughly 7 and that includes the most well known 10+ year companies. The difference being key would be ASHosting CARE About Customers!

I have used so many other hosts in the past and with all of them I have always had none-stop issues with their services. With AsHosting I have not had any of these issues. I absolutely love this host and the staff. They bend over backwards to help you and they really do care about each and everyone of their customers.

Base starting prices are super cheap compared to all other hosting companies, and you get a a massive 30 slots capacity which is also up-gradable.

The performance is great on the basic but if you want the absolute best possible performance for an ARK server you need to pickup their Performance Addon, it's add's so much more value and you know something, it's really affordable considering the awesome power you get with it.

I have the addon and a 100 slot server, with other hosts I would have had to pay double for this and it probably would not even match the raw power of ASHosting's performance addon service.
